I left a few items of clothing at this Centurion Dry Cleaners just days before New Years. I went to pick them up on the 30th of December. When I got home, the clothes seemed ok, except I looked at my green dress and noticed that it wasnt ironed. After inspecting it further, I noticed that the bottom of my very delicate dress had several holes. In addition to this marvelous surprise, I noticed the dress had yellow stains. I immediately went back to the dry cleaners to ask what had happened. I understand accidents happen, I was not upset, I just wanted to know what happened and if they could do something about it. Well, to not make my story any longer, I have never been treated with so much disrespect! The owner was so rude to me. He immediately got very defensive and blamed it on the fabric of the dress. He did not take any responsibility for the damage and told me that he had no more time to waste to convince me that it was the dress and not them. I thought the whole point of a dry cleaners was that you could take a delicate piece of clothing and that they would know how to care for it... apparently not at this place! The end of the story is that they ruined a very nice dress, this Centurion Dry Cleaners did not take any responsibility for it, and to top it all of I was treated so rudely by the owner. I cant imagine this man knows anything about customer service or just simple respect for other human beings. I will never go back, and I suggest you look for other dry cleaners that will provide not only a good service for your clothes, but will treat you with respect!

We have used the cleaners for laundry and dry cleaning for some time, with some satisifaction on the work they do. The attitude of owner has always been on the down side of friendly. This last month they lost 10 shirts, although we have the laundry slip and know what shirts are missing, they refuse any responsibility. We really didnt even expect them to cover the costs of the shirts, but a simple acknowledgment that they may have lost them would have sufficed and perhaps an offer to at least refund the money we paid for the laundry would have been nice.. We of course are looking for another laundry and dry cleaners!

Worst customer services you can imagine and whats worse it came from the owner. Brought in uniform shirts had to send it back 3 times because they pressed in wrinkles, had to point out and specify where the wrinkles were. 6inch by 2 inch pleats on a sleeve were not obvious, dropped off a uniform jacket that apperantly has a lose button they lost the gold button and the owner says I have no time to look for come back tomorrow. Really? Time to take my business elsewhere.

I have used Centurion for over 10 years for business clothes, suits, shirts etc. Never had any issues in using them for 5-10 items per week. Minor problems that have occurred were always addressed to complete satisfaction quickly. Bottom line is I have looked at other options and found ranges of costs from 75 cents to $2 per item more expensive. At a savings of hundreds- thousands of dollars, you cant go wrong.

They lost my pants for two of my suits and refuse to reimburse me or replace what was lost. The owner repeatedly screened my phone calls to avoid speaking with me about the issue. He would never even let me get a word in and kept insisting that I had misplaced it. Now I have two, nicely tailored suit coats sitting in my closets without pants.
