The only reason they get away with all the horrible things they do wrong is because they are the only decent sized gym in Burley. I have expereinced some of the worse customer service at this place and its not even funny why they are still up and running. Every evening when I walked in to work out, only a handful of times through my 8 months of membership did I even get a DECENT welcome. They always had some preppy girl who thought she was too good to smile and welcome the customers. Many times I had to wait for assistance while side converstaions were taking place and when I did finally get assistance, everything was done with terrible attitude and many times I did not even get looked in the eye. And I am a decent looking and fit guy so I know it wasnt because I was ugly or something. And that is not to mention the owners and managers who think they should act above the rest at their own place of business, placing their preference and friendly service to only a small amout of clients. The facility itself is not terrible as it fits the most basic needs, other than the small moldy pool with careless 13 year old lifeguards. The only thing I have to say is that if I decent franchise ever comes into town that can compete with the size, this bussiness is going to suffer potential losses. I do feel bad for all the Burley area residents having to deal with the incompetence and lack of ethics at this gym.

I enjoy how ready staff and members are to greet you with a smile and a sincere hello. I hold dear the professional relationship that is created by helping an individual on his/her journey to improving his/her well-being. I think Id be fairly willing to say its the nicest gym in the Mini-Cassia area. Ive been a member now for over a year. I like having a gym that has a basketball court, swimming pool, hot tub, etc. In comparison to other local gyms it really has a lot more to offer. The price difference is justified in my opinion. One of the things I hate about the gym is the parking lot. I drive a small vehicle and often times I still feel claustrophobic driving through there. My car gets dinged up pretty bad there. Now I park in the very back and that seems to be better.

Over priced and too crowded half the time. Golds is twice the size and half the price. Even better an anytime fitness or other 24 hour gym would be great here. Parking is a nightmare. Most of the members cant pull into the parking stalls. Obstructing the entire north half of the lot, tell the staff and they say "okay". Nothing fixed. Irritating. Especially for an everyday occurrence. Go late. The late hours are best.

This place has all the symptoms of too many Chiefs. And is ran like a Nazi internment camp. Every time I go there I feel like me and my family are being policed,.. just waiting for us to break a rule, and then they make up more rules. What a horrible feeling. I would sure like to feel appreciated, like a "club member" not a criminal.

I love this club. They have a nursery for my younger kids and kids classes too. There is something for our whole family to do. They have dedicated personal trainers and amazing instructors. It doesnt matter what level youre at. I feel so good when I leave. A big high five for the customer service I receive from the front desk staff.

Horrible business practices and ethics. As a customer you must be aware what you write, keep copies of what you sign, and send in. They get away with too many things because it is the only decent gym in Burley. I hope in the future they train staff and improve their gym policies.

I have been to many different gyms. Every gym I have been to offers some kind of complementary guest pass, for example anytime fitness which is located a couple miles away has a 7 day pass for free. Impact athletic charges over $11 for 2 hours!

Has all the necessary equipment for u to get in great shape bt the reason for the really low rating is they have HORRIBLE staff.If ur at the front desk maybe u should take a manners course!!!

They hang up the phone on you without saying word, they dont let you talk, they talk angrily, they send you to voicemail. I havent even signed up yet and Im already planning to stay away.

They have a great variety of exercise equipment including a weight room, cardio room, fitness classes, a pool, and more. And they have daycare which is awesome!

Pool is horrible, Mold everywhere, not healthy. Pool has hazardous chlorine levels and is more that 10 years with out an decent cleaning.
