I have been strength training consistently for years and about 6 months ago started to research Olympic weightlifting. This led me to CrossFit Fury. I was immediately impressed with the customer service response time to my original inquire (via Facebook). All my questions were answered and they connected me to the person that would eventually be my coach. We jumped on a quick phone call to answer questions, learn more about my goals and he gave me the opportunity to ask questions about Fury and his own personal experience. I scheduled my first session. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the size and quality of the facility and equipment. You can tell the owner spared no expense. The great customer service I received online and over the phone translated to the in person staff without missing a beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great environment. Onto the training. The only way to accurately describe this is “I am hooked” and that’s in large part due to the amazing coaching of Steven Uriz. He knows his stuff, is able to communicate on an individual level, assuring that the techniques and methodology is consumed appropriately and applied to the movements. He has also helped me significantly with my mobility. I look forward to continuing this journey

Calling CrossFit Fury a gym is not really accurate or fair...I have been a member of many gyms in the Valley, and nothing comes close to the family you will find at CrossFit Fury. You will receive the finest coaching and training available every time you step in the door. At first glance, CrossFit can seem a little intimidating. Speaking for myself, being over 50 years old and over 100lbs overweight, I had my reservations. But I could not have been more wrong. Everything is scaled to your ability, you are worked hard, but never overworked. The atmosphere is very supportive. The only thing that exceeds the knowledge of the staff, is the care and concern they show everyone. If you are looking to change your life, or just the best workout of your life, please give CrossFit Fury a try, there is free workout nearly every Saturday at 9AM....try us...what do you have to loose ?

A friend of my wifes refered us to Crossfit Fury. I was interested because they have trainers that guide you through the workouts. I am not a very self motivated person, so when I go to a gym my achievements are very poor. My wife and I went to the free Saturday morning class to check it out and we were hooked. The workouts might seem intimidating sometimes but they are not all that bad and they are scaled to your abilities. I am in my third month and I feel better, am sleeping better, have had a much better mood at work and always looking forward to each new workout. Not only is the staff great but I have yet to meet one person at the gym that is not friendly and/or supportive. If you are even thinking about going to a gym try thier free Saturday morning class. The results are what set them apart from other gyms.

CrossFit Fury is not your typical “gym”. You cannot show up and wander aimlessly among the machines. You will be provided with direction, supervision and motivation so you can confidently and safely improve your life. Start your life changing journey by attending the free class at 9am on Saturday. I finally made that decision on May 21, 2011. Since then I have seen increased cardio respiratory endurance, increased stamina, increased strength, improved flexibility, more power, increased speed, coordination, balance, agility and accuracy. Seeing improvements in these areas has equated to a 65 lbs weight loss. The staff at CrossFit Fury is held in high regard among their CrossFit peers. If you’re looking for results, CrossFit Fury is the place to be....it has forever changed this old guys life.

At first, one of the trainers was very encouraging and that helped motivate me and push me to work harder. Aside from that one trainer, I didnt feel like I got sufficient assistance from the trainers. I thought others in the class were also ignored while instructors focused on one or two advanced members of the class or their personal friends. I did like that I could stay after class and use equipment if I wasnt in another class way, but I didnt feel encouraged to do that and if I was the way of an advanced class, it wasnt handled gracefully. Over the course of a few months of just being an extra in the class, I wasnt into it anymore. The encouragement and having someone push me is what I was looking for and it just wasnt happening.

The reviews for this place are accurate. I joined last week and am really impressed. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The workouts are not easy, which is EXACTLY what I need. Ive been out of commission for a little over a year..just doing minimum at my old gym and of course not getting any results. Ive been experiencing the expected soreness this week and actually appreciate it because I know my body is already starting to grow in strength. I feel excited to be here which is not a feeling I got at they gym by myself. Im looking forward to the next few months as I see my body transform. I intend to join the next Paleo challenge as I have a goal to increase strength and endurance while dropping 20 lbs.

Crossfit Fury is high performance training for everyone (men and women) from amateurs who have never seen a gym to experienced athletes. The workout changes drastically from day-to-day and that keeps me coming back. One day you may do all strength, the next mainly cardio, and the next a mix of both. Its also a supportive group atmosphere. Best part? You show up at 6am, and youre DONE by 7am. You show up at 3pm, and youre DONE by 4pm. And you will feel the workout for the rest of the day (and, sometimes, into the next day). You will not find more bang for your buck. CrossFit Fury is amazing. Not only do the workouts deliver results but the trainers are knowledgeable, fun, and high-energy. Second to none!

If you are tired of that same old boring gym routine and watching TV while you workout- CrossFit Fury is your place. A very proffessional staff that can train anyone from beginner to seasoned pro. The best advice I could give any reader would be, "Just give it a try". I am confident you will be impressed if you go see for yourself. If interested stop by the gym any Saturday at 9AM for a free class.

This gym is exceptional. The one on one training you receive during your ramp-up program is PHENOMINAL. The instructors are there to make sure that you do things the right way. One thing is for sure: It is definitely intense. If youre looking to get in shape, this is the best way to do so.

Started working out at crossfit part of a corporate group and love it. The trainers are great push us to our limits. No one is judgemental and I love that! You dont feel out of place no matter your skill level. I also go in for one on one training. My body has seen great changes in 12 weeks.

Love it - love it! The trainers are excellent and spend time to make sure you are lifting properly and pushing yourself. Do the PALEO challange - its a must - both go hand in hand. I am stronger and leaner since joining in December 2011.
