They have the most horrible customer service in the world. They tried to charge me a 100 dollar fee to cancel my two accounts when there is supposed to be no term cancel anytime. Since I have started posting these reviews the manager as called me a cyber bully. This is no way for management to talk to customers.

Read your contracts..... They charge a $50 fee for changing your account in any way. $50 to join or 12 month contract, then $50 to cancel, $50 to down grade Ect. And the employees are VERY rude about helping you cancel. Ive been in there 3 times and been told to come back at a different time to cancel.

Great gym! Switched from a different gym in town and this one is great! $10 per month and no contract! I like that it is 24 hours to be able to workout whenever I feel like it. Friendly staff and a very clean facility. They have all the machines I need too!
