good staff. small but good.i gave them cash for 6 months but they added two months extra. good stuff.i do pilates with karen on thursdays $10. 45 minute class. wish was longer but hey what can you say.

First gym weve been to and everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. Even the trainers offer advice to make sure your getting the right workout.
