Low wages, they pay less than already low industrys average for their job positions. Benefits? if they had any.. I worked for this company three and a half days got paid for one charged for work gloves and then got audited by Idaho unemployment office because IES said I did not want to work, just check my resume!! I am a hard working individual. they offered me a job that I did not apply for or wages that would not pay for the fuel expenses and work expenses. I went to court against this company none of my prior long term employers were present just company management for IES for the three in a half days I worked for them they felt good about garnishing my wages through the Idaho unemployments office. I was successful in not having to pay anything back, but this company got me into a lot of trouble and wasted a lot of my time. If you want to be valued, pay your bills, and get ahead DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

I sign up with IES about 2 years ago and still working with them to this day. They are great at keeping you to work, not once have I had a problem here. They are amazing people and work hard in the office. since i have got hurt they have been nothing but caring and wonderful people and making sure i get what i need to get back out to work as soon as possible. its a great business and great wonderful people in the office doing everything they can to get where you need and what you want. i highly recommand anyone who needs a job to come here because you wont walk out without being offer a job or being on the available list if something comes up. Amazing business

Very sexist organization, charge 12 dollars for reimbursement on a 4 dollar drug test. I was injured at work, then left outside on days were it was only 23 degrees outside holding a sign. I was sent for interviews through ies and not paid for the 3 hours of assessment tests, interview etc. They are receiving thousands of dollars in commission from the company that hired me and cant even pay me for the hours I spent making them thousands of dollars. Ive also seen reviews from Dorcas giving the company 5 stars twice. You dont give the business that your the manager of two five star reviews.
