I needed a job after I was unexpectedly out of a job end of Feb 2016. I went into Intermountain Staffing to ask for work, the interviewing process went well and then Cathy was able to get me work really quick. I was able to be continuously employed even though fate gave me the fuzzy end of the lollipop in May with my mothers death. Cathy was very understanding about my situation, she asked if I wanted time off, I requested a day, she then placed me with a client who, after a couple of weeks to assess the people they brought in, choose me for a lead position with them and I was able to focus on my work and not spiral into helplessness from my loss. After a time with the aforementioned client, Cathy placed me back with my first client. I was very fortunate after putting in an application for one of the jobs with this client I recieved an interview and then told I was hired. I really appreciate Cathy and Intermountain Staffing for being able to place me for work. I also did my part by showing up and working hard. If you seriously want work you have to give in order to get. Life aint free.

i agree with that other review...the only reason Im givin it stars is cuz of Cathy. otherwise it would be none. Ive worked for her for 2 yrs and she has always helped me whenever i needed help. shes always been there when i needed her and i can always rely on her. this last time i went into the office there was a different girl in the office. she SUCKED! i hope i never have to deal with her again. she had no idea wut she was talkin about, she talked to fast and acted like she didnt have time for me. maybe cuz when i walked in, her boyfriend and her baby was there and they were eating lunch. thats fine and all but in order for me to work she needs to work. cathy never blows me off. when shes workin... shes actually working. that girl could learn a lot from cathy. she reminds me of the horrible manager that was there before Cathy. I just hope there corporate office sees this and knows that employees only go there for Cathy and if I were them id get rid of that other girl. thats all i have to say- love my job and love Cathy, thanks for all you do.

I moved here to Tooele 2 years ago! I came from the depressed County of Carbon also here in Utah, where for over 2 years was unable to find employment of any sort! When I relocated, my wife an I did so with very little and basically on the hope of someone simply giving me a new chance to prove myself! Cathy Stromberg gave me that chance! She has showed me loyalty when no one else cared! She immediately found me ways to provide for both my wife and I when no one in Carbon County would! The majority of my success here in Tooele is due to solely to the fact that Cathy and Intermountain Staffing provided the means for me to show my worth and prove my work ethic on their assignments! I am now a hired employee at one of these assignments and have worked consistent for over a year, my wife is still an Intermountain employee and will be at her assignment for almost two years! I would be careful if you are looking to sign up with this company as they are not always truthful and the lady that runs the show here is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. If you do sign up to work for them make sure you have your check direct deposit if not they stick your check on a gift card and when you go to withdraw your money you will be charged for it and whatever is not an even $20 is left on the card with very little ways to get it out of the account. (paying to get your paycheck) You have been warned.

Although I had had an unpleasant experience with another Intermountain office some years ago, my experience with the Tooele office has been nothing but positive. The professionalism, and customer service skills shown to us by Cathy at this office, have been exceptional. The additional employee pro-active measures exercised by her, and her staff, have encouraged, and helped shape the employees sent out to work positions, into individuals that we want to have long term, not just temporarily.
