Adam answered the phone immediately when I called (very refreshing after calling two others and having to leave voice message on cell phones). I felt that my rental unit was more secure with someone residing on-site. He also gave me a free, high-quality, tamper-proof lock at no charge, as well as researching to find that I had rented there 5 years ago, and offered a return-customer discount. I was very happy with the service and location, as well as the fact that the gate is always locked, but accessible to renters 24/7. A Storage Inn will be my first call from now on, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for short-term and long-term storage needs.

Having only rented my unit a couple months ago, I was very pleased with the service I received at the initial signup, and now. Adam, the office manager was very detailed and thorough about the rental process, took time to show me the units, and answered all the questions I had - there were many. I really like the fact there is a person on-site 24/7, it makes it very secure. I highly recommend this complex to others.

My husband and I decided to rent a storage unit to store the clutter from our garage as we showed our house that was for sale. The unit was very well lit inside, as well as, outside. The unit was clean, dry and no bugs. The access to and from the secure gate was very convenient. The office manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. I have had my storage unit for 2 years now and I have been treated very well, the manager is very nice and has made my experience there awesome, the rent is now and affordable and is worth the monthly payments, I recommend people all the time because the 24/7 gate access, and cheap low rent costs, I will definitely keep renting from A Storage INN for a long time.
