This store relentlessly pursues the highest possible quality customer service, bending and breaking rules to give you a good experience. Expect nothing but the best. The company itself almost always gets the big new releases 30 days before competitors - as soon as it goes on sale in all retail locations. They will honor any and all Red Box coupons and your late charges are not automatically charged to your card. Overall, the best movie rental experience available!!

Whoever the new guy who works here - thanks for making me wait 20 minutes while signing a new customer up and forcing me to never ever return here - been a loyal customer since the store opened back in the late 80s - I hope you new customers are as loyal as my entire family was - I am closing my accounts at every family video that I visit due to one person not having any customer service skills whatsoever - pathetic

Very small store. We are a family of 5 and when we went in, 3 other customers came in around the same time and it was downright crowded so you dont feel like you can stop and look around without being in the way constantly. However, it serves its purpose. Get in, grab a movie or two and you can get out relatively fast.

Family Video has lower prices than the competitors around on DVD rentals and sales. Kids movies are FREE! You can get free movies and movies as low as a dollar. The people are nice anc helpful too. They have lots of copies of new movies. I recommend going to it!
