I will never go to a family video again. I bought season 1 of bones, paid for 7-10 day shipping and received it 3 and a half weeks later. When I received my package in the mail the bottom of the case is busted and broke into pieces. I called the store and the only thing they will do is said to bring it in and they can find a case in the store to replace it and if the disc are scratched then they will clean them. Im sorry but when I buy something new I expect it to show up new and not busted up. No I will not except a used case when I paid for brand new. Family video has lost my business and the business of my family.

Love this family video location im so glad there near my house....employees are extremely nice...movies are very "CHEAP"if your looking to rent and own...for all you blu ray collectors keep in mind that youll save large amounts of money buying to own your blu rays from family video than buying new blu rays else where or off a website...even tho movies are used they look new....buy them cheap here and stash them with the rest of your collection :-)

This is a very nice Family Video. They have a wide variety of movies and also videos games. They do a good job on keeping up to date on their video game selection, which is what I am interested in most. They supply video games that Redbox cant and their prices are very reasonable.

Kind of run down and they keep selling parts of their building to other businesses, like subway and a video poker place. They do give free rentals for As on report cards though, but not every A, just core courses.

Best place in town to rent movies or games. We pay for 30 days of half off and save a lot that way with amount ofv rentals
