I. Love. Family. Video. Ok, seriously. This store has the nicest staff, theyll hold movies for you, and they have a huge selection. But Melissa, you may ask, why do you still go to a video store to rent movies when everything is on demand?? Well let me tell you, kind person. Selection and PRICE. I went to rent Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and do you know it was like $12.95 on demand valid for 24 hours?!? What?! Its only $24 to buy at Target and at least then youre getting an actual physical copy. So to Family Video I go. $3.95 bluray. Easy. $1 family movies, entire seasons of shows for like $3 for 5 days, free kids movies. Plus selection beats Redbox and Netflix HANDS DOWN. They get movies day of release. Plus in the last 3 years Ive been going, they havent had my movie only ONE time. So thats awesome. At one point, we hadnt been in in 3-4 months and they called us and offered a free rental on them. Who else would do that to earn customer loyalty? I hope they never go away.

The staff are friendly which is nice but sometimes movies and games are mixed up or not in alphabetical order which can get people confused with a movie someone wants to watch but its another movie behind the title.

They usually have what your looking for if its a new movie. They dont have some old movies people may look for. I understand that. The staff doesnt always seem the friendliest either.

I can always call ahead and ask if a certain title is available and if it is they can put it on hold for me. Great selection of movies at a very reasonable rental price.

One of the few video rental places around. Offers all the new movies which you can buy for $10 after 30 days from release. I know, kinda old school but I like it.
