Went to print one image. The printing service machine was slow for one, which is excusable. The first method I attemped was accessing the file via Google Drive. After entering my login credentials, I waited and waited until the system had been loading for so long that it asked if I wanted to end my session. I attempted this method once more until I gave up. Next, I tried using the direct email method which allowed me to access the file but when selected I received the prompt "Failed to Access File Server". I tried this several times to no avail. I finally was able to accomplish the job by using their computer in store and paying $0.35 a minute to open a browser and print it. What should have taken 5 minutes became a frustrating 25 minute ordeal. Not to mention only one employee was present and was busy with another patron. The services at this FedEx Office are non functional, please dont rely on them!

I absolutely can not believe it. I literally paid them $140 to pack my desktop professionally and ship it so that there was no room for my own error and so that nothing would break. However, when I pick it up, my computers base is completely shattered. Whats worse, my computers model isnt sold anymore so I cant even find parts to replace it with. I just cant believe this incredible inconvenience that they caused me and it looked like they didnt even try to wrap it carefully. Now I have to find someone to repair it, pay for repair costs, and FedEx customer support is hard to navigate like how am I supposed to know a direct estimate for repair. I hate this FedEx, cant believe I wasted so much money on "professional" work when I could have half-assed it myself for free.
