Package tracking updated saying on truck for delivery so I stayed home all day waiting to sign for it. When it fails to show up all day I call customer service to ask about if it will be delivered tomorrow and they then inform me they actually cant find it because it got scanned onto the truck this morning but now its not there so it jus must have gotten lost because it was "so small".. well it couldnt have been that small because it made it on and off all the other 9 trucks thru 4 states right? So either: 1. your driver stole my package or 2. he lost my package. Either way he shouldnt be driving a delivery truck. And then in the midst of all the conversation with this Cudahy fedex station I finally got to speak with the manager and told him I would like to come down there to talk to him in person about what had happened to my package because I didnt understand and he then said I was threatening him and hung up. They actually reported me and i received a call from the police saying I was threatening the fedex people! I called again later to see if maybe they found it because they said they would keep looking and they tell me they arent taking calls from me anymore because I threatened them and hung up. There good scam artists. Never ship fedex! Especially not expensive custom one of a kind glass. Wow What the F!!!!

I can not believe how I have been treated. I was advised the driver could not find my house. I live in the city of Milwaukee with my house clearly marked. I guess I should have turned off the cloaking device before I left my house. They said, o your package will be delivered tomorrow. Well it is the end of the day and the package did not come and now customer service is telling me there is no package showing up. Hmmmmm they say they can not allow me to speak with anyone at the local terminal. I ask why..... because we cant. so to recap Driver can not find my house..... Dispatcher... we have your package it will be shipped tomorrow..... Package does not come...... Customer service, what package?

They dont know how to properly knock or ring a door bell once they come again on Monday itll officially be 5 days until I recieve my package. Three people in my household were home the three times they came. Someones not doing their job right. I dont know when theyll show up either so Im not going to wait at the door for three plus hours waiting for them. Ridiculous to say the least.

Terrible, signed a slip telling them its okay to leave it at the leasing office and posted back onto my apartment door, and whoever tried to drop off my package completely ignored it. Called them and all I got was a "sorry, it was are mistake sir." Now I have to drive there from Racine because of someone else being lazy and not doing their job correctly.

Paid extra to have a package shipped to my apartment in 2-4 days, ended up having pick it up myself like 10 days later because the delivery guy "didnt feel safe" leaving the package in the lobby even after I signed the door tag after the first failed attempt. Dont think they ever came back to my building to check the tag. Someones not doing their job

Our neighborhood Facebook forum has had complaints about Fedex leaving the door tag but never knocking or ringing the door bell. When my package was to be delivered I had two adults and two children in the small lower flat. There was no knock and no doorbell ring. I just found the tag on the door, but we had been here all morning.

Ive had multiple packages that were suppose to be delivered to my work because someone is always there to sign for them. Two times in a row now theyve claimed the "business wasnt open" or that "no one was there to sign for it". Its ridiculous. Then they say delivery wont be attempted for another 3 days until Tuesday!

Never makes it when scheduled . Horrible customer service . And lost packages from a set forced me to send the others back they never contacted the shipper creating a huge mess that took months to straighten out . Use another company or just pick up your self the fed ex is almost completely useless.

three straight times they fail to deliver my package. No slip indicating it left on the door. Post it left on the door indicating to leave it in my mailbox ignored. All this for just a shirt. They dont care about their customers. Avoid and use UPS if possible. Avoid the headache.

They put on the piece of paper they left at my mailbox that this was theyre 2nd attempt and it couldnt have been cuz they didnt leave a paper yesterday saying it was theyre first attempt so they are lying pos I hope I never have to deal with them again!

Unfriendly non caring. Always customers last. Never ever job done correctly. Milwaukee here is the worst. I do not see any great reviews. And i dont see anyone fixing the problems either. Always late to deliver and alot of the times damaged.

They do not call. They didnt even attempted to delivery the package. It has been getting free rides on the truck for 2 days. This location should be closed!

They never attempted to deliver our package and said we had to pick it up. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for it. Worst shipping experience ever.
