Worst ever customer service. I stepped in the store at 6:03 PM (Store closing time is 6 PM), I agree its my fault but it was just 3 damn minutes above time and guy was closing door in front of me. I asked him to keep the Amazon return package and may scan and send the next day. The guy was rude and kept on saying that they are closed. I had to drive to the other store on I-60 to drop off the package. Ruined whole evening. I-45 is always choked in the evening and I rushed to the store as fast as I could after getting off the train and they couldnt even do this small favor on a cold evening. I wont go there again and wont recommend anyone to go there and waste their time. Dont count of them.

I have a PO Box at this location and my experience at this location has been wonderful!. I ended up having unexpected surgery,followed by unexpected hospital admissions. I received lots of packages, and big boxes all the time. I was in crutches at one point. For a while I wasnt able to pick my packages, UPS was very patient and kept me informed of my packages accumulating. I made stops, when I was having a good day(not so much pain from surgery) The staff, would bring the boxes to my car in addition to my regular mail. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! Thank you so much for all your wonderful help!

A dear friend of mine made me a very awesome crocheted project over a weekend. She then took it to this store to send it to me here in Los Angeles. She wrote out my address but the store decided to take it upon themselves to "correct" the address and zip code and sent my package to another home a few miles away. This is Los Angeles, its a big place. Dont correct an address that you have no idea about. We never recovered the item and they refused to reimburse my pal even though she bought insurance. Absolutely the worst service and treated her like dirt!

I have done a lot of business at this location. Seems like I had to pay at evey step of my service. Rick has the worst customer service attitude. I didnt mind it initially. Then I asked them to mail a package for me. They told me USPS is the best way to go at guaranteed me a delivery date. After spending over $100 and two weeks the SAT prep books I shipped still has not arrived. The USPS told me the delivery was not guaranteed. What a joke, express mail is NOT GUARANTEED. I was never told that. They are bunch of crooks, arrogant liars. AVOID them.

The owner, Rick, always goes out of his way to be helpful to me. He greets me with a smile and procedes to help me with any needs that I have. I have been to other UPS stores that are a little closer to my home, but I have found them rude and uncaring. They did not help me get the best price for what I was doing whether it was shipping, packaging, printing, etc. As I said in the title.....THESE ABOVE COMMENTS ARE RIDICULOUS!

Ive been in to this store a couple times since the new ownership group took over. The staff is the same but the store "feels" different. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Apparently they do printing there too and the quality was very good and the prices were much lower then the surrounding print type stores in the area. Ill continue to go there now that the atmosphere has changed

We borrowed an ink pad to take 4 finger prints and they charged $3 per finger for total of $12. He snuck that into the bill without telling us. It is like getting charged for borrowing a pen, glue stick when you are shipping a package. It is not like we were there just for it, we did notary & shipping etc., I agree with other reviewers they are very rude and not a place to go back.

You can tell this man (the owner) is hating life. He is rude and snappy. I rent a P.O box from him and I dread coming in there. I try to go at night to avoid him. Oh he will be rmore rude if you dont have a box. One time he didnt remember me so I asked him for a piece of tape and he wanted to charge me for it!

Professional, nice people work there. They are fast in getting me packages from the back for my business. If you need your own mailing address and want a place to accept all your packages, this is the place. No complaints in the 2 years Ive used them.

Unreliable, asked if I could observe the package being packed to avoid any discrepancies, he assured me there would be no problems. It shipped a day late and didnt have the correct info on it. May change review depending on outcome of shipment.

Always found staff accommodating..have been using this store for several years. Not sure where the brutal complaints are coming from. Nothings perfect -- overpriced? Ever try their competitors? Do that and youll see overpriced.
