Very unhappy with the service & management here. Take too long for even small orders, things have come back with hair, spots, etc. An alteration I had done too weeks & came back ruined. Decided to give them a try one more time...today I needed a pair of pants done sooner than the 3 days I initially agreed upon, so I went back early this morning to see if I could pick them up tonight (after 2 days) instead of tomorrow night. The lady at the counter wouldnt do them sooner, and refused to give me my pants until tomorrow, I couldnt even get them back today & get a refund so I could take them somewhere else. Will never go there again. Many other cleaners in the area offer better service, although they cost a little more.

Owner always willing to work with my schedule. Conscientious...they will take your old hangers back to recycle rather than tossing in trash. Friendly service, flexible to meet my needs, reasonable costs and convenient. Seems busy enough so they must be doing something right but even with steady foot traffic coming and going they get it done on time. Go here for fantastic service and flexible schedules.
