I took my item in there over a week ago. Should have been done two days ago. I called to be sure it was ready to pick and they didnt even start it yet!!! Then the guy asked me what the problem was? Whats the problem??? The problem is you did not even call me to tell me it would be delayed. It was supposed to be done two days ago and I have to call to find out you did not even start it yet! I will never do business here again and I will be sure I spread the word to everyone I know letting them know NEVER to come to this cleaners!

Prairie Cleaners lost the pants to my suit and refused to cover the cost even though the pants were clearly marked on my receipt. They kept dragging out the process saying they were waiting to see if the pants turned up at my house. Ultimately, they did not pay for the pants. Dont go to Prairie Cleaners unless you want your clothing lost and to be treated by the owner and the staff.
