constant issues with the building owners means this store suffers. sometimes its crazy hot because they have no AC, sometimes the internet is broken and they close early and until its working again, which might not be until the next day or later. but its a UPS store and the staff is generally friendly

Went there last Monday April 4th, the employee who is a lady was telling me the price without checking and telling me she coudnt do overnight shipping. So I went to the Naperville UPS in 59 rd, very nice people there, good service.
