Shame on me... Several years ago they shipped several boxes of mine to the wrong address. They later admitted it was their mistake my boxes went to the wrong address, not UPSs fault. Against my better judgement last Thursday I dropped off an overnight FEDEX envelope and five days later it is yet to be delivered, its lost. I handed it to the woman behind the counter since they dont have a FEDEX drop box, I think she misplaced it. Id recommend staying far away from this place.
