MY DISABLED SON! IS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE HE MISSED PAYING HIS USPS PO BOX BY 2 DAYS !!!!!.................. THEY REFUSED TO LET HIS BROTHER PAY HIS BILL...............*** EVEN *** AFTER THEY KNEW *** HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL IN ROCKFORD IL!! ****THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HIS BROTHER**** WHO WOULD HAVE SHOWN ID TO THEM***** FOR THE MAIL THAT WAS IN THERE BEFORE THESE """ANIMALS"" CONFESCATED THE MAIL AND CHANGED THE LOCKS ON HIS BOX!! ******THEY SAID WE ARE SENDING IT ALL BACK!! *****ITS MEDICAL INSURANCE INFORMATION TOO! AND THEY KNEW IT AS HIS BROTHER SAID" HEY MY BROTHER NEEDS THAT" HE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THAT LETTER THAT THE USPS POSTAL WORKER HAD IN HIS HAND! Ben and his supervisor Sue were friendly and helpful. I mailed a post card to a resident and found out after the fact that I had the street name misspelled. They gave me confidence that despite the error, with everything else correct (name, zip code, etc.) the card would be delivered. Ben and Sue, thank you for your friendliness and professionalism. You made my day. All the way from Florida, a warm appreciation.

This is home to one of the most careless USPS deliverers ever. He constantly misplaces packages to the wrong address and well.... Look at today. Left the mail boxes unlocked for the public taking. I love how USPS doesnt have email support, they rather you wait on hold for 45 minutes.

Employees behind the counter are friendly but there are never more than two working, so I have never gone in without having to wait forever in a huge line. The one time I had to deal with a supervisor he was lazy, very rude and completely incompetent.

Never have i been so discussed with public service, they cant find your packages,everyone you get one the phone with tells you something different i even had the phone hung up on me the united states postal service in elgin what a joke

If I could I would rate this place a quarter of a star. My mail doesnt come half the time & the other half its late! after 5pm late. When you call all they can say is theyre behind & have extra mail. ... how do you have EXTRA mail

Almost always a line out the door. Usually have to wait anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. Worth driving up to Dundee for much quicker and much friendlier service.
