The worst!! I wish I could give them a 0 or NEGATIVE ⭐️!!! Contact the postmaster immediately instead of speaking with anyone over there bc they will not help and you will just have t tell your story 5 times before you get a resolution. I went in twice and called twice to get a major situation resolved and received no help, no phone call, NOTHING! I was promised a phone call every time and received none. The postal delivery person just decided to stop delivering my mail!!! Can you believe that? No phone call or letter notifying me that they were going to stop delivering my mail. The only reason I found out that my mail was no longer being delivered was bc some of the companies that I receive statements from in the mail, in order to make payments, started sending me emails letting me know that mail was being returned and that I was late and receiving late fees!?!?!? Did you know that a delivery person can just decide to stop delivering your mail? Yep, neither did I! Wish I could say something nice. Then today I called again and the phone rang for 2 minutes with no answer and then turned off.

Oh jeeze, if I could give this post office a zero I would. I ordered a pair of earrings from Poland on December 5th for my friend for Christmas. I did the order on my phone and it auto corrected my address. The street name was wrong, but the zip was right. I called everyday for about two weeks when I noticed this and spoke to Colleen the first time. She assured me she would do everything she could to help the situation. I continued calling everyday and spoke to soon many rude employees! One, Lisa, told me she wasnt the one who put the wrong address and there was nothing they could do. I spoke to Colleen again a couple days later and begged that there be a note or something in the system that corrected the address and seeing as the street name I had given didnt exist and it was MY NAME on the package that shouldnt be a problem. She assured me she would take care of it and I relaxed a bit. Needless to say I finally called and spoke to Colleen again who said "sorry, she wasnt there and it was sent back to Poland". These people should loose their jobs.

Terrible. The clerks are rude and the supervisors are even worse. I paid $30 to ship a package, but didnt pay for priority. Other shipping services dont hold your package because you didnt pay an extra $5, but they put mine in a back room for 9 days. The receiver was two states over, but it took 11 days to get to them. When I came into the office and pleasantly asked for information as to why my package hadnt left the state, the supervisor came back chewing me out saying I didnt pay for priority so "they get to it when they get to it." That is unacceptable. It amazes me that the US Postal Service acknowledges they are going under yet provides such terrible service. I could have shipped through UPS for half the price and had it there in two days.

I spoke with a regional postmaster and I finally got some resolution this this issue. Mr. Jones was incredibly helpful and provided the help that the postmaster in Cary Il 60013 did not. I am satisfied that Mr Jones will take care of this issue that the postmaster in Cary was unable to resolve. I just spoke with a Cary Il post office employee The mail carrier chose to not deliver my mail. It was the mail carriers choice, not the Postmaster since the postmaster is on vacation. I spoke with a person who claimed to be a supervisor. She told me to "Kiss my ass" The post office is literally the worst Post Office in America. Is there anyone who should ever say "Kiss My Ass" to a customer? How in the world is that any sort of response to a customer.

Worst post office in America!! i continually have correctly addressed packages returned to the sender as they were deemed "undeliverable" , you call their phone number and no one ever picks up. if they do they instantly hang up so they dont have to talk to you. there is no resolution of any issues. and they are extremely rude. if I could pay a yearly fee to have all my mail delivered by UPS or FED EX i absolutely would. Or even to have my mail delivered from a different local office would even be better. I only gave them one star because i couldnt give them zero stars.

Glad they finally got clerks that could speak English, however the customer service remains terrible. And when there is a problem, the supervisor gives attitude and walks away. In the last month my request for mail hold was ignored, I have gotten other peoples mail that Ive had to forward, and did not receive package pick up notices that were supposedly left. Do not trust this post office to do anything correctly, and stop your mail at least two days before you go on vacation to be sure this post office has gotten their act together.

I would drive farther and pay more money to avoid this post office. Spent months trying to make sure important documents were delivered. Despite speaking with several individuals in managerial roles on several occasions over a few months span of time and being repeatedly reassured that my mail would be delivered and there was nothing else needed, the same important document was returned to sender twice, even after the situation was reportedly rectified. Unreliable and unhelpful.

Thanks to the Cary Post Office for all they did to get me my packages today. Tracking said that they were out for delivery but they hadnt showed up by 4:30. I called and was told that they were still out and should be in any minute. Coleen called me back to make sure I got them. Turns out that our driver had walked off the job today. Coleen grabbed my packages and personally swung by my house to drop them off. Thank you so much!

No customer service here. Most times you walk in and no one is at the window, no supplies in the lobby. They make you feel like you are intruding on their reading time. Supervisor very rude as are a couple of the window clerks one named Sun and the other Judy. They have no business in customer service. Another one screws up all the time, charging wrong amount or needing help. They could close this place and no one would care.

The clerk gave me a price for postage. I went to the car but on the stamps, plus an additional 2 (.98) more than she said. When I brought it back in 5 mins. later she told me it was short a penny. I went to give her a dollar and she said she didnt have any change. Extremely rude and didnt care she gave me the wrong amount to begin with. A customer in line gave me a penny. UNBELIEVABLE.

Been living in Cary for a couple years. I ship about 5 to 10 packages a year. I havent had a problem with the personnel or the service. Looks like the only people that review this PO are the ones who have had a bad experience. I always use USPS for all my parcels as their service has always been the most efficient and economical unlike the blood sucking alternatives.
