Other customers were lucky enough to get a note on the door saying they didnt even really bother trying to deliver the package when they customer was home. I did not get a knock, call OR a note! I just got to spend my ENTIRE DAY trying to contact FedEx CS to get my package which I paid a lot of money to be sent next day. No tag, no resolution and I dont have another full day to wait for someone to lie about trying to deliver. The FEDEX CSR has even tried calling this hub several times today and guess what--no answers! Its great getting the chance to pay for overnight saturday delivery then having to wait anyway, right?

Terrible. For two days in a row, i have sat upstairs WAITING for my package and there wasnt any knocks, door bell, no nothing. They just left a note on my door for two days in a row. So i called customer service and they said "leave the note on your door, so that way it says the driver isnt liable if something happens to the package, if they leave it" and guess what. THEY LEFT ANOTHER NOTE WITHOUT KNOCKING OR RINGING THE DOORBELL. SO now i have to drive an hour+ to get my package all because the drivers are too lazy to ring the doorbell or even knock.

They even dont trying to use door bell. just leaving notice on door. Online second delivery preplaned next day 8:00PM. but attempted 11:35AM and again just notice on the door. Was in office. No help assistance just: please go online and change delivery options by your self. Online with mystical errors, address cant be proved, bla bla, reached maximum number of attempts to change delivery options, please try after 24 hours and so.. Maaaaaaaad.

They had my package... but could not give it to me as it could only be given to someone at my home address (per the vendor), but tried delivery 3 days in a row while I was out of town on a family emergency, so refuses to deliver again. Wouldnt even let me pay the shipping rate again to get it delivered again. After 3 days on the phone with both companies things got sorted out.

Worst delivery company ever; attempted delivery at 9:27am and I called them seven times throughout the day for them to tell me they were unable to redeliver the package because they were closing at 5pm. Not once in that 8 hour period did they attempt a redelivery; an absolute disgrace to customer service and delivery service everywhere.

This is crazy they dont even knock or ring the doorbell and my note on the door clearly says please knock hard this is their second attempt this dont make any sense at all bad service I recommend that everyone should use ups because at least they know how to follow simple directions like please knock on door ugh.....feeling irritated!!!!

FedEx has truly stooped to an all time low! The drivers doe no knock, ring bell, and often dont even leave a note. there is just a delivery exception even when someone is sitting there to accept the package. The Pony Express would be more reliable! At least they would knock to get water for the horse. FedEx Sucks!!

I stayed home all day waiting for my package. When they came they didnt even bother to ring my doorbell so I can pick it up my order. They just put the paper on my door saying that they missed me.
