Good if you need to drop off an Amazon return, but they seem to have some problems with customer service. I needed to get something notarized, which is something they advertise. When I asked about it I was told with a grumble, "no, I dont know anything about that." I glanced around and pointed out a sign just above saying "Notary." "I dont know, my boss never said anything about that." Frustrating, yet kind of hilarious. Maybe there isnt always a notary on duty; that would make sense. But shouldnt the employees know that and be able to talk about it? Im not trying to call out the employee. He seemed frustrated about it. It seems like a talking point that should be touched on in the training process. Maybe go through each service on the sign at least.

Unprofessional. Im there at 8:30 as the website indicates is the opening hour. A young man shows up at 9:01 and sees 3 of us waiting outside and quickly says its going to be 20 mins before the computers are up and running with an attitude like why are we here and we should know this information in advance. Its very poor customer service to open at 9am and then have customers wait 20 more minutes to get service. If it takes 20 minutes to start up, UPS should have their employees there 30 minutes earlier so they are up and running and prepared to offer excellent service. Soooo disappointed. Worst customer service EVER! I had to call the Corp office because he couldnt find my order. He wouldnt call or help at all.Told me it was my responsibility to get him the email. Then the Corp office calls me and tells me they walked him through the printing process while on the phone. And it should be done soon. Well the guy goes home and never prints anything the next guy says he doesnt know anything about it. My mailers are all going to be late now.Never going back here again. Rude and incompetent. Should of read all the crappy reviews they had before giving them my business.

Left my amazon return box on Wednesday, it hasnt left the store for 4 business days. I came and picked it up Monday of next week, and shipped amazon return with Fed Ex. Id recommend staying away from this location.

Some young punk with no name tag was a jerk and gave me the worst customer service Ive ever had. I dont trust my packages or shipments through this location. Id recommend staying away and visiting another location.

Employee was soo nice and great with my kids. Owner was not nice and tried to charge me 70 for insurance. Not worth your time for insurance
