Bathrooms are clean & place looks generally vacuumed but lots of webs & globs of dust in & under weight machines & under treadmills & ellipticals. Out of all the gyms I attended this is the dirtiest Ive seen the machines. Good customer service is not a big priority either. Ive been attending on & off btwn having babies for abt 5yrs for 6m periods at a time during winter months (I run outside in warmer weather). Recently was told I cant do that anymore & can only apply for a full yr. I stated my understanding but just asked if they could extend my membership for another 2m this one time, since Im pregnant again & babys due in 2m & will be a C-section, so it wont make sense to apply for a whole yr now or apply at a diff gym for 2 more months. Was given absolutely no options or exceptions. Great way to treat a customer with valid concerns & reasons
