This isnt the best experience for the money. I paid $110 per month for cheerleading since March. The Cheerleading Coach, Casey is great, but the owner not so much. My daughter participated in the showcase they had just yesterday where we paid $35 for our children to participate in the last 1.5 minutes of a 1.5 hour show. They were promised a certificate, water bottle, shirt to wear during the performance, & trophy. The show was so confusing. They had 3-4 groups taking place at the same time, most 3-6 year old that required the coaches assistance during said performance. At times there was no music, and then when there was, you couldnt hear it. The other Moms and my family said it looked more like the kids were just practicing, and I agreed. $35 for over 90 kids (just for this show, there were two more earlier) atop of the monthly fee the parents had to pay, then to charge $2 per person for each and every parent and family, kid or otherwise, that comes to support for 1.5 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention atop of the $110 I pay per month for membership, I also had a decsripency regarding payment in April where I was erroneously charged because the contract he personally wrote was ill written. He said he would contact me back to discuss, yet after my two attempts to reach him, he never did. Also, Coach Carter admitted he didnt order the shirts the $35 was included in even after he was emailed to do so by the Coach. Never apologized, just said he was at fault. My daughters last day is tomorrow. Ill be continuing her coaching at another location. Id advise all parents to do the same. Save the time and the trouble and spend such great money elsewhere.

Probably the best facility "building and equipment" I have ever seen from a Gymnastics training center- they have a huge ninja program (that has students running wild) and a very talented team but thats about it. The recreational level staff is very tacky and unprofessional. Late so frequently everyone in the lobby seems to act like its normal. The owner is rude and seems to find favorite parents to talk to for extended time while ignoring others or responding rudely to waiting customers. The outside of the building is unkept and there are womens clothes hanging in their store as if its a local goodwill shop, but its called a "Pro Shop" maybe someone should let them know "pro" means "professional." A term the management/office staff must be unfamiliar with. Maybe under new management they could thrive. We wont be returning. Our instructor changed 3 times in 8 weeks and one time he was intoxicated or ill and other staff had to intervene. Too bad she wasnt on the team, then she would have had quality coaching.

We have done gymnastics here for 3 sessions. the coaching is fine. HOWEVER - let the buyer beware -EACH SESSION they have canceled/rearranged the class - the first time I was accommodating; the second, I tried to be flexible. This is our third session they have canceled us; this time suggesting I should be happy to combine my 6 year old daughter into a tots class with kids in diapers!!! And "Coach" Carter fought to not refund my money - even after I threatened to get the better business bureau involved. Finally, the lobby/waiting area is among the filthiest I have ever seen and is a frightening death trap (bleachers with sharp edges, top-heavy easy to topple tables) for younger siblings who are stuck in the waiting room. Overall - this is a HORRIBLE gym whose only goal is to make money and support the elite team - NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILIES, ELEMENTARY OR PRESCHOOL STUDENTS. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

My daughter has been attending NGC since she was 18 months old. She is now 4 and is still loving it. The coaches have been nothing but wonderful with her. The staff always tries to work with me on timing, make ups, session times, etc. The family open gym sessions are a blast. The new gym is bigger, better, and has more of the younger children equipment up close to the windows for parental viewing. I also take the adults tumbling class and have had a wonderful time. We will be sticking with NGC for a long time to come.

So i started here when i was 5 but quite, but came back at age 6...but quite again...because for some odd reason back than i was that kind of person who didnt believe in myself and thought id never be able to do any of those cool gymnastics tricks. But than when i was in 8th grade i signed back up, and started going...to level 1 tumbling, i progressed quite quickly, and now i am an level 2. Thanks to the coaches i had, they taught me very well! :) would recommend this place!

The open gym is terrible. For how expensive it is I expected multiple coaches however there was two people total there; one that was stamping people in and the other was merely sitting around coaching a single kid. There were little kids running around like crazy making practicing a hazard. Also no waiver was requested to be signed which worried me about there concern for safety but that was nonexistent I learned. I will not be back.

My son is taking gymnastics here for a couple sessions and has learned a lot. the coaches work with you at all levels and move you up based on skill alone so that you never move to the next level when you are not ready. Great place, Id recommend to anyone. Plus I understand that they have trained Olympic athletes.

My daughter loves this place! Its the best facility around and most importantly, its a family ran business. The owners and coaches care about the children more than any place I have been to. We love Naperville Gymnastics!

We recently had a birthday here. The kids had a lot of fun with the Assistants helping the kids with the games. And adults had fun too since they didnt have to worry about the kids.

Great array of teachers with different styles, great showcases. Cute store and the kids have so much fun. They have really fun weekend and night drop-offs for the students here!

Very nice. We got our three year old enrolled here and she had a great time getting exposed gently into the basics of gymnastics in a fun way and a patient coach.

COACHES HAVE NO PATIENCE AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. NOT FOR LITTLE KIDS. ALSO, GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE TOO SCARED TO ATTEND.

The coaches are not the best. I advise to look else wear. They have an minimal amount of equipment but it never hurts to try.
