Love this gym, its nice and cozy but has every machine you need to get in shape, if you want to strength train, cardio, endurance you can do it all here. Shawn the owner is great to work with and constantly tries to improve the gym. So far there is one circuit class a week where you get pushed to the limit! Love this gym and recommend it to any one looking to get in shape!

Love this gym, the atmosphere and the ability to have any type of equipment you want without being surrounded by a million people is great! Shawn and Morgans personal training techniques are very professional and engaging. My previous gyms personal trainers would look bored while training you. If you are looking for a nice gym this is the place to go!
