The young and inexperienced management of the facility has most certainly driven me away. I am at the point where I am willing to pay hundreds of dollars so I can go find a different monthly membership. The staff also refuses to aid me in that process (or correcting the issues). If you are buddies with the seemingly exclusive crowd that likes to be in your way constantly, this is the place for you. If you are like me and go workout in a hoodie and headphones with the desire for serenity and the ability to center ones self after a long day, this is the absolute worst place. The young crowd there will either blast music and dance (seriously, in a gym) or yell so loud I can hear them over my noise cancelling $200.00 headphones. This is a "gym" for young kids to go try to impress each other, and frankly it is a distraction from achieving your personal health goals. Now this only applies to this location specifically, as I had a wonderful experience with Mike Starck at his Naperville location. That man runs a top notch operation and has had the same core staff since I was 18 (6 years ago). My profession and field of study are Management, and while I dont know near everything, I do know this is poor customer service and a waste of a wonderful facility.

Just moved back to the Kane County area a couple weeks ago, my health insurance pays for my gym membership and Anytime Fitness is one of the qualified gyms. Had my first workout there today and was beyond impressed. This gym is clean, organized and equipment feels brand new (I learned they opened 8 months ago)...I truly believe they have everything you will need to have a great workout. Free Towels was a nice surprise, and the free wifi is super fast (I got 56 megabits/sec on my speedtest app if you know anything about internet speeds)...Im very excited to keep working out here at Anytime Fitness. To compare, I joined the LA Fitness in Naperville a week ago and now that I have been to Anytime, I will only be going to LA Fitness to swim. Everything else feels dirty and gross, way too crowded, unfriendly staff...Literally a bloody nose that no one cleaned up in one of the pool area water fountains for 3 days. Anytime fitness will definitely be my gym from now on.

This gym just opened up and is the third Anytime Fitness I have gone to. The gym is larger than most anytime fitness gyms Ive been to and has a good assortment of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. There are a few kinks still being worked out at the gym, namely the door and some minor water intrusion, but the facility is brand new and this is common with new structures. Im confident the gym will meet all your fitness needs and is a much appreciated and needed facility in this area.

This gym is absolutely awesome. The owners are very nice and always willing to answer questions and even take suggestions from the partrons. Its only two miles from my house which is very convenient. This faculty is clean and well maintained. Always have clean towels and clean bathroom/showers. They have all of the necessary equipment for anyone to get a good workout. This is a great choice for anyone looking to join a good gym.

Overall the gym is great! Super clean. Most of the time its not an issue but during the busiest times you may have to wait for some weights. Also they have towels, which is great and should be included considering the price, but by 7:00 am or so they run out

Great gym! But needs to getting tanning i drive out of my way to the eola rd location just to tan. This is across the street from my house. Please get tanning..
