Canceling your membership here is comparable to canceling a membership at Bally Total Fitness 10 years ago. Long story short, they weaseled 6 months of membership costs out of me despite the fact that I sent in letters asking to cancel. They said they never got the multiple letters. Eventually I gave up and drove 2 hours to this branch just to cancel my membership. (I moved hence why I live so far from this place) The owner doesnt give a s*** about the customers. I kindly and politely asked for a portion refunded and the employee said the owner refuses to give any refund whatsoever. (Even despite their records stating that I have attempted to cancel my membership via letter).

Relatively bare bones gym (no group classes, pool, juice bar, etc.) but the price tag matches at just $10/month. The facility is clean and the staff members are friendly. Some of the other members can be very loud and overly talkative and the cell phone policy (only talking on them in the lobby) never seems to be enforced. If it werent for those members being a fact of life, Id probably rate this gym higher. I also wish they had the automatic water bottle refiller like other PF locations - its faster and seems more sanitary.

The staff is awesome especially Eddie on Friday nights ,I love the facility and all machines are clean and work correctly , hot , clean showers and the tanning beds are clean and easy to use , the massage beds and chairs all work great and are very clean all staff is courteous and well mannered and very helpful and knowledgeable

Although it lacks on free weights with a max of 60lbs, the one on Douglas has a max of 75lbs. But the other machines feel worn out. But still for the price you pay an with the available hours an multiple locations you get your moneys worth. Just remember this is not a gym for bodybuilders.
