Love to workout here! I joined PF Addison because its close to my work, but the PF Montgomery location is close to my home so I find myself going to Montgomery more often. Sometimes my Black Card account is flagged as ACCESS DENIED but that must be something to do with how it was setup at Addison. It forces Montgomery to call over to Addison and everything is OK. This place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I cant wait until my 90 days is up at Addison so I can transfer over to Montgomery. :)

The staff are friendly, the gym is incredibly clean, the equipment are available and broken machines are fixed within reasonable time frame. They wet vacuum the floors at least 2x a week. There are plenty of spray and wipes to wipe down the equipment. The new crossfit equipment comes in handy with box jumps, rope pull, etc. Love working out here early in the morning. Come in after work is a zoo. Id wish they deep clean the showers more often as it still smells of mild dew and soap funk.

To be honest this is a really decent facility. It has almost everything you need to get a great workout in and for the price you cant beat it. This was a great marketing and business plan when they decided to make these gyms. As nice as a pool, or a basketball court, or a sauna, or whatever else gyms add on that most people say theyre going to use and then rarely end up using would be, its just wasted add ons to raise the monthly price.

Friendly staff, lots of well-kept equipment. I have been working out there since they opened, and its a great place to work out. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the locker room could be cleaner, especially the floor. Also I wish they would enforce their own policies a little more, such as the express workout room and the no lunk policy.

Mgr Courtney is definitely not good fir customer service. They took money oyt of my account without explaining anything. I tried to resolve this by asking for iwner info. Because management did nothing. They said i couldnt. Monitor your account. Bad business.

Not open 24 hours everyday or even Fridays like advertised!! Also closed 2-3 days for EVERY holiday. Going back to anytime fitness when the oswego branch opens up so I can workout when I want not whenever is convenient for the owners.

Great price, always clean and accommodating. I wish they were 24/7 instead of 24/5 but oh well. My critique would be that they need more free weights like bench press and incline/decline benches.

Lol they want $20 to just use the gym for the day. Lifetime fitness is 15 dollars for the day and literally 10x bigger. Not a bad place for 10/month just. Ill stick to lifetime though.

Everything is good besides the closing time on the weekends, you would have less people switching over to the Aurora location if it was actually 24/7.
