Every single director this establishment brings in has the maturity of a high schooler and the intellect of a bag of rocks. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This company is on the rocks they need to be investigated for the shady crap they do on a regular basis. This is no childcare it is a MONEY MILL. Yes some of the teachers are wonderful women but upper management is corrupt. Do not work here either. They will promise you things that are not true and in the end you will be giving them YOUR money. The illinois department of labor REALLY needs to look into this location and the company specificially. Including the DCFS agent that works for them whom they pay off in order to keep the child injuries on the down low. If parents really knew what were happening to there children here, theyd hire the best lawyer in the state and sue you fools for everything they can. Done.

I have only been using this facility for two days now. I dropped my 11-week old son off this morning and the teacher took him out of his carrier and put him in a crib. I went over to the crib to say bye to him and it was filthy. The crib had crumbs inside of it all over the sheet. I asked when the sheets are washed and they said every night, I said then why would crumbs be in the crib. I was told that another child must have been in the crib eating earlier. Why are the babies sharing cribs? Why is a baby eating in the crib and not in the highchair? I dont really know if I trust this place. Im going to look around more for another childcare facility. I thought that this was the best way to go since it would be affordable, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I bring my two daughters there and now that the new director is there, Janie, this place is great! When they first opened there were a few problems but now that she is there it TOTALLY different. The kids are learning so much and she has the right teachers in every class. This place is so flexable, I pay by the hour (great rate) so when we are not there I am not shelling out money. This is the best program for me and my family.

Worse place I have ever been to!!! My daughter was there 1 year part time and I feel so bad I left there for so long!!! She would get bite, hit and bullied and had an incident report every week. This place made her be defensive from all kids and I had to remove her before it did permanent damage. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! PLEASE DONT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE!!!

This is the worst place in existence for people who seriously need a daycare at 6:30am. Says they are open by 6:30 and it is now 7:13 and no one is there. If we are going to pay almost 600 dollars for childcare it better be open when they say they are open. Never going there again. Removing my child from daycare as of today.
