After looking at several daycare centers,asked around, and Mt. Prospect child care center was recommended for us too .Our first impression about the place was a nice place ,has a home feeling to it although it was old, the young teachers were very nice, caring and loving. My kid was 2 years old when he started and there were only three or four more other kids same age. We started noticing that the place was overrated and over recommended . first thing we noticed is that the first forms that we filled to register him were different from the three months renew paper work we were given by the director.Second thing was there were a lot of older kids their and nothing was separating them in the building, its even illegal to let older kids be around small children in daycare. Most important thing was that the safety ! The place is on a main road and the parking lot is very close from the gate. The main gate in only a wooden door that can be opened very easily by a child ,and so many times people leave the door open and the gate .the place is not so clean ,my child comes home with his pants dirty from the carpet . The Director Mr. Micheal was not straight forward with us when we asked about our child progress and never fulfilled his promises to updated about the progress in things all kids learn when they go to day care. He started to avoid us when we want to discuss important things related to the safety of our son. We decided to switch to different daycare since discussing the safety our son is not in his priority as director of daycare!

The director ABSOLUTELY cares about the safety and well-being of the children. He is very knowledgeable and well-educated in early childhood best practices. All the staff is extremely friendly and sociable. The children are always learning and engaged. Parents have to have a code to enter the facility so it is secure. My daughter has thrived here and loves attending. My kids have been enrolled in a few daycares over the years and this is by far the best one they have attended.

We have been with this center for 1.5 years now. My 4 year old loves it, and we couldnt be happier with the teachers. Its reassuring to know that your child is well cared for when you have to work full time.

The teachers are amazing and well organized. My son loves this daycare. Its family owned and it feels like one big happy family. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
