Jack came to my home to help me decide whether I wanted to sell it. He had clearly done a lot of homework on my particular house and my neighborhood and the general market conditions surrounding me. He presented this information to me in a very simple and clear way. By the time Jacks presentation was over, I felt that I had gained the tools necessary to understand exactly what I was getting into and exactly how to make the right decisions regarding the sale of my home. The way Jack answers your questions and walks you through your unique circumstances is extremely valuable to anyone who is thinking of selling. He left me with a very detailed information packet filled with valuable marketing information on my house. The only reason why I am even giving him a star is because Cameron in his office was beyond helpful and attentive. When it comes to Jack though, I would never waste my time dealing with him again. I had a house in line that I had turned in applications for and then he went MIA for 4 days. I went into the office to see why he wasnt returning my calls, and he had the audacity to cuss me out. In all of my years managing retail, I have never worked with someone quite so unprofessional. I would recommend Al Legg or John Albee when it comes to buying a house. They know what theyre doing and are beyond professional.

This company will literally do anything to try to sell a house. I seen the sign in a yard on Morris. To make the story short I found out its a rental house. The current person has lived there for a very long time and the realtor as well the owners step daughter have been harassing the tenant for over 6 months to various degrees. Im sure the true owner has no idea of what he has signed or what is going on with this situation. I would never do business with a realty company that practices in these illegal ways.

He is flexible enough to accommodate your needs, and will share his thoughts and opinions and how and why he came to those opinions without making you feel stupid. He has helped me buy a house, is selling my current one, and helped my girlfriend sell hers. Weve been completely satisfied with everything he has done for us. Cant ask for more.
