We had a fantastic experience with Sprinkman Real Estate and Shelly Sprinkman. Shelly did an amazing job looking for our home in a tight market these days in Madison. She not only is very professional, attentive and helpful, but also well connected - trust me, she will find the perfect house. She knows about properties even before they are on the market!! and this is the key. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, knows the best people to talk to for financial analysis and budget, mortgage, inspections, etc. She would go above and beyond to orchestrate all pieces. It was very easy to trust her and she made our relocation less stressful. Would highly recommend Shelly and Sprinkman Real Estate.

She was available throughout the process from house showing, offers, and closing process.
