They take advantage of people They dont fix things in a timely manner Almost all the houses have mold in them The maintenance crew is very rude They moved me from one house because it had mold and the landlord wouldnt fix anything Now Im in another property of theres and Ive been without hot water since Ive been here This is one lease I will be breaking.... Quite possibly the worst place to go if youre looking for a house to rent. They will take your money even after you give them full disclosure of your background, guaranteeing anything older than 5 years is no issue. Then theyll turn you down and keep your money. Very dishonest.
