At the age of 72 and after living in the same house for forty years, I re-located this past year to be near family. It was a really tough experience for me, but there was one bright spot. I had the privilege of working with David Stevens, Century 21 Realty, Clinton, MS. Never have I met a more dedicated professional. I would have never known what repairs needed to be done prior to listing, who to get to do those repairs or how to go about getting it all done. Furthermore, I had already moved and was a 3 ½ hour drive away. David gave me excellent advice on what he felt needed to be done; he hired the necessary people to get it done and he stayed on top of everything to make sure it was all done on schedule. Prior to listing, after doing the necessary market research, he advised me on the listing price. Apparently, he was dead on because I ended up with two contracts on my house in less than a month—one with a contingency, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Never could I have done this without his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to see that it all got done. I honestly cannot say enough complimentary things about him. My sincere thanks go to one in a million!! Not only is he a credit to the real estate profession, but his genuine desire to help people was evident throughout my dealings with him. I will highly recommend David Stevens to anyone!!
