Took my truck there so they could diagnose the exact probelm and was told there was 3 to 4 hour wait, i was ok with that i just wanted to know the problem. After 4 hours of just killing time noticed the bay had one car in it and my truck was still sitting outside, so the after coming in and waiting the manager ron told he was gonna try in get to it today, after another hour and half of me sitting there he so called diagnose the probelm himself and told me my tranny was shot because the overdrive wouldnt engage. Took my truck to aamaco was there 20 mins and the tech told it was my shift solenoids a and b now truck runs like it should no thanks to dobbs while never take any of my vechiles there HORRIBLE. Oh by the way im still waiting on the call for a price on a transmission and that happened a week ago.

My wife went in to get her brake pads replaced. Someone stuck their head out the door (more than 40 ft away) and tells her she needed new rotors... as she was getting out of her car. She tells the the man that I checked them and theyre fine and asks him how he can see them from where hes at. Then he says that the inside of the rotors were bad (I had already checked and they were completely fine). How can you tell all this from the doorway when she had just pulled up? She left put of there and saw the fine folks at North Belt Auto in Belleville. Go see Denny there, hes running and honest business up there.

Worst experience ever. Tried telling me I needed something I didnt. When I asked to see the leak he couldnt show me, but took me in the garage anyway. Had me climb up on the lift instead of lowering it all so he could point to the hose that needed replaced. Took it to two other places, neither said it was that hose. Meanwhile they missed the hose it was leaking from. Broke the liner, fixed it but the manage argued with me about if they did it or not. Horrible service very rude and arrogant service. Will never go back there and you shouldnt either.

I used to love this place until I took it in this time and they scratched my car and the manager would not take responsibility for it. We even watched the video and there were cars blocking the view for several minutes and people walked by and stood by the area where the scratched are on my vehicle. I do plan to write to the headquarters office about my experience and I will find another place.

9/13/16 got a quote on a tune up , 1990Ford F150, $780.00! Distributor Cap , Plugs and Wires 2 1/2 labor time $780.00, if you think I had them do it youre just as crazy as their quote.
