Im disappointed in the service I received from this place! I went in yesterday for my Brows, which is on a day thats to busy for them to handle because of the rush of customers thats coming into the shop! Ive been to this place a couple of times, but never on a busy day for them. First, Alka messed my Brows up on a previous occasion, but I go back to them because theyre not to far from me (which was a bad decision), THINKING Ill give the daughter a chance and she would do a better job, and shes messes my Brows up! She has one Brow thinner than the other, when I just wanted her to clean them up! SMH! HOW LONG YOU GUYS BEEN DOING BROWS? You dont rush on the customer that your servicing, because you have a shop full of customers thats waiting to be serviced! Its called time management and still doing your BEST work on the customer thats currently in your chair! Never Again!

I went there couple weeks ago refereed by a friend! Highly dissapointed. I waited months to let my brows grow finally went in there specifically asking to clean them and NOT LEAVE THEM THIN and the whole time the service was rushed and came out with super thin brows and addressed it that my right brow looked different from my left. Didnt even bother to apologize or fix it. Never ever again! Stop rushing with your work and start actually taking time to make it right

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded & I wouldnt go anywhere else. Its very clean, fast service, youre in the chair for like 5 minutes & I have never walked out of there an unhappy customer.

Absolutely love coming here. I been going to alka for about 7 years! Would not have anybody else thread my eyebrows. I also bring my mom to have facials done. Would not go any where else!
