DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES!! The new esthetician is horrible and glued all of my lashes together, did not even put lashes on all my natural lashes, took three hours long, and was leaning on me the entire time. The WORST part of it was that they were advertising a "lash special" but did not inform me that the "esthetician" has never done lashes and no training!!! I had to ask her multiple times to stop leaning on me causing extreme discomfort. I complained to the manager who did not see through to my understandings and still charged me for my ruined lashes….I find this extremely unprofessional as a business. You do not sell services knowing that the person performing them has no experience and not certified. You can seriously damage the eye and the eyelashes if you do not know what you are doing.. Ive been getting my lashes done for over 2 years now and have only heard of the horror stories from other girls receiving bad service and this was AWFUL. I had to go to someone else to fix the huge mess that Evoke caused.

I thought it would be nice to get the Spa Buzz deal Evoke had going on... it have 4 pkgs to choose from at a GREAT deal.... but then when everything including facials, massages and hair were booked out way to far in advance, being a new mom and a full time employee, a military spouse..I had to hold off on making appointments until they settled down. I was assured by my stylist that there would no longer be a expiration on it.... Well I call today to book one of my remaining items and they tell me that it has all expired... . and basically could kiss my money goodbye. I ALWAYS go to Evoke for my bare minerals that is actually more expensive then at Ulta because I wanted to support a small business... WELL... My mistake because they dont want to support their clients. I will pass my review to as many people as possible.. On any websites or facebook pages that will allow me to... I hope it was worth all of this over 8-10 accent foils.

I cant say enough great things about my DevaCut experience with Geneva. I went in with a what do I have to lose level of expectation and left with all expectations exceeded. I never knew my hair had so much natural curl. Its bouncy, soft and looks and feels completely natural and healthy. No more crunchy gels and sprays. And bye bye frizz! Geneva took the time to educate me about my hair and make recommendations for easy -do it myself- techniques at home. The Deva Products are amazing. For the first time in my life, I have wash n go hair. I would highly recommend Geneva and DevaCut to any curly girls out there. You will be impressed!

Words cannot even begin to express how much I love this place. My go to girl is Leila and she always gets me the results I am looking for! Being in the military its always risky to try something with your hair since it has to look natural. Absolutely love that I found a hair stylist that cares and listens! I was a brunette now Im a natural blonde. I wi miss Leila when I PCS. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best salon Ive been to in Clarksville! I saw Ella earlier this week and she was absolutely wonderful! I brought in a picture of the haircut that I wanted. By the end of my appointment, my hair was identical to the picture. Ella really paid attention to the details to make sure I got the haircut I wanted. I would definitely recommend Evoke Salon to everyone!

Purchased a gift certificate from a company they partnered with. They are refusing to honor it now because they oversold these certificates...no refund, no services, just stole $65 out of many different womens pockets. Havent been able to go to this salon no matter how hard Ive tried. This is very poor customer service and they have not been helpful in the matter.

This place use to be very professional. Now they are lacking. Seems over priced for the quality of service to be honest.. all in all this place is hit or miss. Ive just had too many "misses" in a row (i.e. the hairdresser didnt do what I asked/ was rude) so I wont be back. You might have better luck. Some hair dressers are better than others.

I have seen Leila three times now and she is possibly the greatest hair stylist Ive ever seen. Leila takes the time to explain what shes doing and why she does it the way she does. She listens to me carefully and I enjoy seeing a stylist who is so passionate about her job. It always a fun time and I am one happy customer!

This is such an amazing salon, everything about it is awesome! wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff.. i had such a great experience! alicia cut my hair and WOW, i dont think ive ever had a hair cut this good :) she listened to what i wanted, and was so nice, so sweet, and so personable! will definitely be going back!

Easy to make appointments (can even book them online!). Everyone is very nice. Leila sees me and my whole family and does a great job! She helped fix a botched color from another salon and always hits the mark. She takes time to listen and does a great job with cuts and color. Would recommend to anyone!

The salon is so clean and has a friendly attitude! Stacey cut 3+ inches off my hair and I love it! She was so sweet and knowledgable! I feel and look a million bucks. Definitely going to be returning to this salon and would highly recommend!
