DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!! I am a natural blonde who has been dyeing her hair red for about -3-4 months now. I went in to get my roots touched up (first time I have ever been to NC). I showed the girl the first picture shown below for reference and she dyed my hair BROWN. I asked her kindly to please add in orange, as I want to continue being a redhead, and she dyes my hair PURPLE (as seen in pictures 2 and 3). In an attempt to calm myself down, I thought maybe it was just heavily saturated with color since she dyed it twice. The second I got out into the sun I realized it was just the COMPLETELY wrong coloring. Its been a couple weeks and even as it has faded it is STILL the wrong color so I can confirm it wasnt just dark because it was freshly dyed. AND she charged me twice for dye! Even though shes the one who messed it up the first time (and the second time)! By the end of it all my total was close to $200 and I didnt even get my hair trimmed or anything. That was just the cost of dye and a blow dry (which I suspect she also charged me twice for). For reference, my "before" picture is picture #4, which is nothing close to what I look like now. NC is great if you like a very friendly staff and very expensive, purple hair. Never coming back here, ever, and I highly DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. They are not willing to reimburse me more than $65, the cost of one dye, even though she shouldnt have even charged me twice for dye in the first place. DO NOT get your hair done here.

It was my first time at New Creations and I was completely delighted with my experience. As soon as I walked in, Amanda made me feel very welcome, showing me around the salon, which was very clean and modern. Amanda introduced me to all the awesome products they have to purchase, even giving me some free samples. My appointment, for a cut, was with Jennifer and Im so happy it was. Jennifer was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with her friendly personality. Jennifer listened to everything I wanted for my new style and she did not disappoint. She did an amazing job on my unruly locks and I felt like a million bucks when I left. Ive definitely found my permanent salon and stylist!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! NC Salon! Ive been going here about two years now! Walking in you feel so welcome everyone is so nice! But, Carley is the the most amazing hair stylist! She can do anything from funky and cute (ex:mermaid hair) to a beautiful balayage! She also can do the best makeup for a prom, pageant or even a wedding. Also she is a great friend and always knows exactly what I want. I wouldnt go to any other Salon. I HIGHLY recommend going to NC SALON! Theyre so many great hairstylist there! Ive NEVER left the Salon unsatified!! Every penny you spend there is worth it!! So dont hestitate and book and appointment!!

Over the years I have been a client of New Creations a number of times. From the minute you walk through the door, you are met with friendly professionals, product displays and decor. I have been going to Natalie for several years now. She has always done such a super job with my cut and color, and always gives me professional advice as to how a particular cut and style might not work with my hair. She is a true professional but also a delight to spend time with. I love all the compliments I get on my cut and color. I would recommend Natalie for anyone looking for a great haircut experience.

Listen to these reviews. They havent changed. My hair stylist sped through the appointment like she had something better to be doing. Wash, cut and "style" in about 20 minutes. She dropped everything because she was moving so fast. She even dropped the comb on the floor picked it up and put it right back in my hair without disinfecting it. The receptionist was very kind and offered to have someone else restyle and cut, but this cut was way shorter than what I had asked for and dont want to lose any more length. $50 dollars with a pity tip for the stylist.

Natalie Browning Bailey is the best! She has been a great addition to my family! Because we kind of treat her like family! She makes sure that my color is fabulous! And she gives me great advice on how to keep my hair healthy (and she fusses at me when I dont listen :) I searched for 13 years for someone to cut my sons hair and she is the only person who has ever cut his hair to please me and him! I have to love her for that reason if no other though there are soooo many others!! Thanks Nat!!!! We love you and are so glad we found you!

Love love love the folks at New Creations! Haley does great things with my hair, which can be difficult because its thick and curly. She listens when I tell her what I will and wont do, routine and product-wise, and has always given me a great cut for the almost 10 years Ive been using her! Melissa does my waxing, and I couldnt ask for a better person. I have sensitive skin, and she found products to help soothe skin without irritating it further. Always a great, thorough job, which can be difficult with my fine light hair.

Danielle is fantastic. She totally understands what look I am wanting and knows how to deliver great, effortless looking results. She is my new go-to sylist. She colored my hair for the the fist time yesterday and has done the best color Ive ever had. She is knowledgeable, up to date on new styles and has the skill to make it happen. Love her personality and I look forward to seeing her. This was my second visit and Ill definitely be back for every cut and color.

I love New Creations Salon, especially my stylist Jenn B. Everyone is very friendly, especially Jenn. She remembers what I like and is able to interpret my not very good description of what I want my style to be. She is wonderful with color, making me the blonde I was meant to be, but keeping it nice and natural looking. I love the products she has recommended, they really help with Alabama humidity, but she isnt pushy about it which is so nice. Ask for Jenn B!

NC Salon is my favorite place in the world. I wish I could come everyday. I love getting my hair,nails, toes, makeup, and waxing done. I wish there was a punch card that I could pay for monthly and come as often as I wanted. The service is impeccable! I have been coming to Melissa for over 20 years for my nails. Natalie was first afraid to do makeup and now she is a pro! There are numerous stylists in the salon that have done my hair and I always leave happy.

Found my saving grace at new creations, Natalie!! Before her, I had no idea how to do hair or makeup!! I also never trusted people to do my hair and makeup, but she knows how to pamper me just right. She knows the exact products and colors that look right with my hair and skin! I now look forward to getting ready with her!
