I chose Big Tent Events after browsing for reviews--was quickly able to find them--good, authentic reviews on customer service and job performance. I could not agree more! We used them for a wedding rehearsal dinner for approximately 90 people--I do not have a big back yard. We rented tent, tables and chairs. Talked to Sharon F. on the phone before visiting. She asked me the right questions and had great suggestions. Any time I contacted her with my own questions or concerns, she was responsive, reasonable and knowledgeable. She even dropped off a table cover (to replace a torn one) on her way home. Brett W. was crew lead for setup. Smart guy that also answered any questions/concerns I had and was considerate and thoughtful in managing an efficient crew. We have a tight space for entering the back yard and the crew was careful in their setup. Tent, tables and chairs were all good quality and in good condition. I would use Big Tent Events again without hesitation or reservation!

The person who answered the phone was very helpful in scheduling my order for a graduation party. All I needed was a 3 tables and chairs and she helped me pick out the right order and it was surprisingly inexpensive. When I picked up the chairs and tables someone helped me carry them out to my car and they even gave me an extra day to return them because we were going to be out of town. Couldnt have asked for more

Excellent service! Sharon and her team went ABOVE and BEHIND for my outdoor wedding. My wedding was on a Sunday afternoon and Sharon was there to ensure the tent, tables, chairs, lights and linens were all in place. Was looking for fairly last minute service. From the office staff to the setup crew. Everyone was professional, courteous, and kind. Would highly recommend this company to help with anyones rental needs. In and out quickly for setup and take down, got the rental agreement done within a few hours via e-mail and then eventually a quick call for card info.

Great service. This is the third year we have used Big Tent for our annual fundraiser. They always do a great, professional job. This year high winds moved the tent the evening after the set up, but they came out in the morning and reset the tent while adding more secure hold downs. We will always use Big Tent Events in the future.
