If I could give this company zero stars I would! We rented items for a trade show in November and received half of two glass display cases (from Ikea!), dropped on the show floor and left un-assembled. We attempted to call and text Dan several times starting at 2pm and didnt get a response until almost 7pm - when we were asked to arrange for our own staff to go back to the venue and wait an hour for their driver to show up with the missing pieces. The show was scheduled to open at 8am the next morning! Long story short - we had to scramble and rent tables from another vendor because Castle completely failed to provide the rented equipment and service promised. However, the worst part of all is their behavior after this incident. We received no apology and were met with demands for full payment and legal threats after disputing this charge with our credit card company. The staff at Castle is rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. I strongly recommend finding another company if you expect good quality, service, and delivery of items as promised!

Let me make this simple. If I ever DO hear back from castle party rental, theyre not receiving a dime out of my pocket. My wedding is tomorrow, and we were supposed to pick up equipment from them today. There is no one at their location, and no one has answered a phone call all day. After the GROOM waited outside the building for 2 hours, we gave up. What a dissappointment. Castle party rentals is either the worst business Ive ever dealt with in my life, or a SCAM... STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a water slide and I was told that morning that it was to be delivered at 10, then later at 11:30 and finally at 12:30 that day. The water slide was never delivered AT ALL and the company ignored all of my calls. Essentially, this company disappointed 30+ children waiting for it to deliver a water slide for a block party. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS NOT RELIABLE NOR RESPONSIVE!

Castle Party Rentals recently helped with decor, furniture and games for 3 days worth of corporate events. The pricing was extremely competitive, the quality of products they delivered was perfect and the delivery, set up and break down were painless. We rented tables, chairs, linens, bars, dart boards and shuffle boards and I have no complaints across the board. Great service.

I am not a family member, relative or neighbor so this will NOT be a 5 star review. Plain and simple this company is quite confused and does not have a clear understanding of how to count, measure, add, tell time or answer a phone. Aside from those few shortcomings everything else was great!!

Unprofessional and unreliable. They never delivered the water slide we booked fort our block party. They first made excuses and then stopped taking our phone calls. We were left with 50+ highly disappointed kids.
