I had a terrible experience with Top Notch in June, 2017. They almost ruined my wedding. Im going to try to roughly bullet out all the mistakes they made, so its easier for you to read. Ive also attached a number of pictures to explain our story. Al, the owner of the company, claims employee sabotage as the reason for all of the errors on our wedding day and offered a 10% discount. You can judge for yourself whether you think thats fair. -INITIALLY SHOWED UP 2 1/2 HRS LATE. I had a proposal with Top Notch to deliver our tents, tables and chairs for my wedding @ 9am. When no one had shown up or called by 10am, I had to call multiple times to find out that they were running late (they didnt bother to call me). Top Notch eventually showed up at 11:30am. -DID NOT HAVE THE STAFF NEEDED FOR SET UP. After being 2 1/2 hours late, they showed up with two guys to set up 5 tents, 28 tables, and 180 chairs (my proposal included payment for all set up). Als employees told me it would take at least 2 hrs to set things up. Since they were late and didnt show up with enough staff, our wedding party and family were forced to help unload, assemble and set up. This meant we were not able to do the wedding photographs we had planned, but if we had not helped we would not have had the tents, table, chairs and decorations up in time for our event start time. -DID NOT BRING THE CENTER POLES. Midway through set up, Als staff informed me the tent center poles were not on the truck. I spoke with Al at this point and his solution was to send his staff back to the facility to retrieve the poles. It was a long drive and they said they would be back by 2:30pm, the same time our guests were expected for our 3pm ceremony. At this point Als staff left and we were left to assemble the tents as best we could by ourselves (see pictures), so that when they returned all they had to do was to attach the center poles (the last step). -TOP NOTCH IS LATE AGAIN. Instead of arriving back at 2:30pm as they said, they were again late by almost an hour and a half!! They arrived close to 4pm, and like the last time did not bother calling to inform us they were running late. While they were gone, it rained, our wedding programs were damaged and our guests had to try to seek cover under trees instead of the tents we paid Top Notch more than $3000 for. When Top Notch finally installed the center poles, I was standing at the altar during my wedding ceremony (outside of the tents), reading my wedding vows. As you can probably expect, Im extremely dissatisfied with Top Notch. I wish I could say it ended there and after the wedding was over Al was very apologetic, offered a refund, and we all went on our way. Unfortunately, as I stated at the beginning, Al came up with a wild story about his employees intentionally trying to sabotage the event and offered us a 10% discount. I declined the refund and chose to write this review instead. Obviously, I dont recommend this company. However, if you do choose them, dont make the mistake I did and pay in full up front (as they insist). That way, at least you wont have to fight with them afterwords for a refund if they screw up your event as badly as they did my wedding.

Tent tables and chairs for a grad party, drop off was smooth. Last thing I asked in the driveway was what time is pickup. Was told that it was the day after the event and I should just leave everything in the back yard. I folded the chairs and leaned them against the tent posts but did not fold the legs on the tables. Got a message stating I didnt give them their chair dolley, when in fact they did not leave one. Then my credit card was charged 24 dollars because I didnt fold the tables up. 24 bucks to fold the legs on 4 tables? Must have taken all of 3 minutes to do it. Have used them before but likely wont be a repeat customer. Would have been nice to have said "please fold and stack tables and chairs before pickup to avoid a fee"...., not ......"Just leave it in the back yard"

This truly is a Top Notch company!!! I called and the man who answered (AL) was very friendly and polite as I inquired about getting a few items for an event I was having over the weekend. He was able to not only take my order but was willing to deliver it for a very reasonable price when other companies would not since I did not meet their "Minimum" order requirements. I would NOT waste my time with any other rental company after getting this great service and I cant wait to work with them again!!!

Awful! We rented tables, chairs and a tent for our company event and months later our credit card got charged again. We called and inquiry and they said it was $400 because they had to clean tape off the tables. they were very rude and phishi about it.
