I choose this place after my insurance listed them as one of there certified body shops. I had seen it before in passing so I decided to go with them. I was getting a dent fixed on my drivers side passenger door from a tree falling and damaging my Jeep. I came in for the estimate on a Saturday early afternoon it was pretty simple and quick. Ian wrote up my estimate and said it will be available in the system and that I could call and set my appointment in a few days. I was able to get an appointment for about 5 days away. When I brought my car to be dropped off, I didnt really like the fact that the lady at the front desk wasnt very welcoming. You would think since i made an appointment to drop my vehicle off and they new what kind of vehicle I was in that they would know why I was there without me having to explain. Other than that the process was smooth they told me it would be ready in 2-3 days I thought they would have better updates on the car wise site but they didnt. They did call me to keep me up to date, I drop on Monday the car was ready Wednesday. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was very impressed on the seemless work and absolutely delighted with how clean the car was inside and out...it was like they detailed it. Ian explained what they did as far as fixing the dent and gave me my paper work and keys. I was on my way after that overall my experience was good this was my first time ever having body work done on a vehicle thru insurance and Im glad I choose this place will definitely come back if I need to in the future. I gave four stars because I personally felt like when I came in to drop off my Jeep I park right in front so when I came in they should have know I was there for my appointment...that type of customer service goes a long way with a person like me.

Exterior body work on my Honda Civic was done quickly and with complete cooperation with insurance company. At the same time some cleaning had even been done on the interior (why?) - and the crew left grease on the steering wheel. The next day I returned to ask them to clean it, which they did. At first they said it was normal wear, but they took it in anyway to see what they could do. 15 minutes later I pick up the car again. The grease is gone and the wheel looks good as new except.. I immediately find visible and significant damage on airbag emblem. CARSTAR refuses to replace/repair the emblem with no explanation. They tried to cover it up with some silver paint, which doesnt look good at all. Overall, seemingly great service, but will not take responsibility for accidental damage to interior. EDIT 9/5/17: the shop agreed to replace the airbag. Service was performed on Wednesday August 30th. I waited on site for about 35 minutes while the staff replaced the part. The new part looks good but no documentation was provided. I returned today after the long weekend to pick up documentation for the replaced airbag. I was told that they did not replace the airbag after all. So now Im really confused. Its clear to me that Im being lied to. I hope they call me soon to resolve this issue. Id like documentation of the service performed on Wednesday August 30 which verifies the part is compliant with the most recent Honda airbag recall.

The staff was amazing from the beginning and not only called me to let me know that my car had arrived safely and was in good hands, but also called me every few days with follow up reports in the weeks that followed. They were friendly and answered all of my questions and worked great with my insurance company. They were thorough and when I picked my car up they had gone above and beyond and actually fixed some things that were not even caused by my accident. They treated me with respect and were always sure to explain everything in terms that made sense. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. My car is my baby and it was hard to trust anyone to turn it over to but these guys were great and did an awesome job. my car LOOKS and DRIVES like new. Fantastic job, highly recommended! I cant thank them enough! Not to mention, their reviews are great, they are backed by the BBB and they guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car!

Stay away! This place will rip you off! In my case - painting rear bumper. They said one day. It took 3 days. The last two days I didnt have a rental car. They didnt want to reimburse me for two days. I picked up my car clean form outside, dirty inside... Dust all over the seats... The back seat wont release because of the hit in the back... I pointed that to the estimator - the guy argued with me that it wasnt from the hit. Honestly I picked this body shop because I live 5 minutes away. And honestly that was the biggest mistake...

Had a dent in my plastic bumper. Originally the front office person said it needed replacing. When I said I couldnt do that she had "Don" look at it. He said they could heat it and push out the dent and gave me a price. Asked that I bring it back Tues, Wed, or Thurs mid morning. Took it to them this past Wednesday. It didnt take as long as anticipated so they lowered the bill. I was impressed from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

Good experience from start to finish. I brought my Honda in after I was involved in an accident. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing and painting my car, I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. The whole process from getting the estimate to getting the car back when promised was seamless. Hope I never need it again, but Id feel very comfortable bringing my car back to Accurate Auto Carstar.

I had taken my car to get repairs done to the body due to a car accident. The personnel were very personable and helpful. They did great work on the repairs and were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. They also repaired one of the side panel strips that had fallen off my door as a courtesy (they found in the car and decided to repair - no charge). Overall, a very good experience.
