Avoid this place if you can. Go anywhere else but there and I am sure you will receive better service than at Harwood Heights Auto Body. They said they would call insurance company to get the things fixed, never did. The manager promised to contact me once they call insurance with the answer on what they would do, they NEVER DID. Once I called up the insurance company they did not have a record of anybody calling them from Harwood Heights Auto Body. I should also mention the fact that the totals on the estimate given to the customer differed from their estimate. Overall unprofessional service, poor work quality, not reliable and they speak to you in a condescending manner!

Harwood Heights Auto body is clearly the place to send your car. This place was recommended through a co-worker and Im glad that I choose Harwood Hts. Auto body. The receptionist was very nice and helpful with my questions. I left my car in their hands and when I came to pick it up, it looked flawless. It has been a year since they repaired my car and it still looks great to this very day. Oh and they clean your car like you wouldnt believe!!! I highly recommend them to all my friends and relatives. A+++

They did a great job!!! My truck was nearly totaled this winter. Finished ahead of time and kept me posted on the repairs. I cant even tell it was wrecked. Great work guys, I love my truck and glad you did the repairs. Thanks for your professionalism.
