On April 13th, 2017 I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 from a used car dealer and its a beautiful car, the nicest used car I have ever driven. But one week after purchasing I discovered that it had been vandalized. It looked as though some bone head had hit it with a board or something as their were two creases running vertically on the passenger side fender just below the level of the mirror. The paint had been broken and I knew it was only a matter of time before it began to rust. I called my insurance company to file a damage claim and was instructed how to go about getting it repaired, and my representative suggested to me that if I chose one of their suggested repair facilities I would get a break on my deductible. As good luck would have it we had had a previous dealing with Hi-Tech, the facility which was recommended. I took my Lexus in for the estimate on Friday the 21st, dropped it off for work on the 24th and picked it up on the 28th. So how does it look? It looks just like DOWN TOWN! I cant tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. I am just very, very pleased that I dont have to be looking at a damaged automobile anymore. I cant say enough good things about this establishment. Their facility is without a doubt the cleanest Auto Body Shop I have ever been to. I didnt see any dust, didnt smell paint and the service was first rate. I was asked if I needed a rental, they picked me up to get my ride when my wife had to be at work and treated me very well. I even had a cup of HOT chocolate while I waited on the estimate. Talk about feeling like a kid again! I experienced a minor issue when my return date was later than anticipated and I was a bit disappointed but that was such a minor deal. I had another means of transport so I wasnt exactly stuck at home. In the end what really matters to me is the quality of work performed and Hi-Tech surely delivered in abundance. My baby was returned washed and vacuumed (it didnt go in needing much) and it looks like a million bucks! I will return to Hi-Tech in the future should I ever experience the need. My highest regards!
