They basically stole my car and held it hostage. I was in a car accident at 105th and Cicero. Someone hit my driver sided by going thru a red light. Oak Lawn has a contract with them (so does Justice). I asked the tow driver to take my car to Mancaris on 95th just east of Cicero. I would meet them there so I could pay for the tow and give my key in to get my car fixed. They never showed up. They took my car back to their shop for several reasons. One they charge way more than other tow places. $190.00 $50 for a wench because they said they didnt have my key. They didnt need it. $50 per day that they wouldnt release my car. $50 clean up fee for the road. $50 for village release for Oak Lawn a kickback.. DO NOT EVER TAKE A TOW FROM A TOWNSHIP IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT. CALL YOUR OWN TOW TRUCK. Find a reliable and honest place and keep their phone number in your cell contacts. They told me cash or credit card and then wouldnt take my credit card. They said it was CASH ONLY. They called Justice police on me because I wouldnt get out of their garage. We had a tow truck there and they wouldnt take my payment. State farm was willing to make a payment over the phone and they wouldnt take it because it was after 5. Such a$$h&*%$ I am going to go to Oak Lawn Police department to find out what their contract reads if not I will file a FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO GET THE INFORMATION. If this doesnt match there is going to be a problem. Finally on Friday evening we received a call that my car is at Mancaris thanks to my Statefarm Insurance for handling this. Please beware of this if you get in and accident. E&R Towing is wonderful. They have 2 offices and will dispatch from either. One in Aurora and one in Markham. I called to find out if I had called how much it would have cost and John told me $90. They just raised their prices from $75 to $90 the beginning of the year. Still it would have cost $90 plus .30 per mile. STILL WOULD HAVE BEEN A HELL OF A LOT CHEAPER THAN $600 AND WOULD HAVE BEEN WHERE I WANTED IT TO GO. REALLY THEY DONT EVEN RATE A FULL STAR!!!!!!!

From dropping off my car to picking it up when it was ready, my expectations were blown away! The wonderful staff at Technicraft went above and beyond what any other traditional body shop would have done for my car. I knew since day one the quality and customer service were phenomenal . I had brought my car at 5pm one day to get an estimate but they had just had closed. Olivia was so kind and still let me come in and gave an estimate for my car. That simple act alone showed me that they cared for their customers, no matter who they were or what car they had. Within a matter of minutes we were able to set up a date to get my Buick Verano Bumper fixed . The whole process was seamless and easy, even when they referred me to the local car rental place. Everything was completely smooth! They communicated with me through the whole process and when I was able to get my car, I was blown away by how amazing the car looked! They even went above and beyond to clean my whole car inside and out!! I literally jumped because I was so happy. They are amazing at what they do and I have no problem sending them more business their way. They desevere it. 5stars isnt enough . 11/10. I am a very happy customer !

Im not one to write reviews, but Ive decided to write a review for this awesome auto repair shop bc I feel that they are truly the best in customer & auto repair services. Ive gotten my car repaired by the a few times and will not go anywhere else. I can honestly say that I trust them with my car in every way. The owner George made me feel like I was his own daughter when they discovered there was something else wrong with my car and fixed it bc in his words he would have never let me leave the shop in an unsafe vehicle. Oh and I almost forgot to mention my awesome coffee cup and thank you card I received the first time I had taken my car in, use it almost everyday ha. I cant say enough about how grateful I am that I found an auto repair shop that I can trust 100% So if your looking for a place you can trust with you vehicle, Tenchnicraft is the place!

I was recommended at the worst place to fix my car. I had a minor rear bumper deformation on my car from an accident that it took them a week to "fix it" ( and yes in quotations!!!). By fixing the bumper they messed up the trunk lid. Left the car there that same day and came back to see no change at all. The trunk would not close without slamming it.. They said, "they would have to order the part that seems to cause this problem". Went back there again and left without having the trunk fixed . Apparently, there was another part they had to order. I have called them more than 5 times and every time they would say, "we havent received it yet, we will call you once it gets here." I stopped calling them and ever since then which has been more than couple months now, I have yet to hear from them.

They did a great job fixing my bumper and quarter panel after an accident. Paint matched great and even put me in one of their BMW loaners while my car was down! The headlights were a little off set (which I didnt notice until later the night I picked up the car) but I stopped back in the next day and they straightened them out right away for me. I didnt realize how easy it was otherwise I would have done it myself! My car was a mess and just dirty inside from normal everyday use and I got it back fully detailed. Nice touch to go above and beyond what many other shops dont do because they dont get paid for it. Getting into a car accident sucks...Technicraft definitely made it suck less. Ill definitely use them again if I ever find myself in a bind like that again!

I have been taking all my cars to Technicraft for the past 15 years or so and always received great costumer service. Technicraft always responds to phone calls not like other shops that I know in the area. Every time I took my car for a repair after a collision they took care of the estimate and talked to my insurance so it was hassle free. After the car was repaired it looked better than before the collision so I will never go to another shop period. Last time I was involved in a collision I called technicraft right away and they towed my car to their shop within minutes, and the same day I drove off with a BMW loaner from TechniCraft and it was on the house. Simply if you want your car to look and drive like new again after a collision just give them a call.

I have had all 3 of my vehicles, BMW, Toyota Highlander and Toyota Avalon serviced and repaired TechniCraft Collision Repair Experts. I have never had a more pleasant experience in dealing with their employees and representatives who kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle when being worked on. They also provided me with a BMW loaner each time, and when I would pick up my vehicle, it looked a lot better than prior to the repairs. It was also great that they cleaned my cars inside and out after the repairs. I have been taking my vehicles to Technicraft for years and since then referred family and friends, and they have all thanked me for referring them to Technicraft as they were all very pleased with their work.
