I had my mini van in for service at Douglas Auto Body after a winter fender bender. My car was done on time, and it was spotless inside. It was almost worth having the accident to have it cleaned out inside. I will definetely use Douglas again and recommend Douglas to anyone. It should also be noted that Douglas Auto Body does extensive volunteer work with the LaGrange Business Assoc. Douglas has donated hundreds of hours of labor as well as thousands of dollars worth of product to the LGBAs summer projects. This reason alone is the reason I chose to give Douglas a try. It is my little way of repaying him for his good deeds.

After being rear-ended, I decided to have the damage to my sports car repaired at Douglas Auto Body. Not only are they very service oriented, but they went above & beyond by helping me navigate the other drivers insurance companys process--taking care of details and coordination issues for me. The work on the rear of my car is excellent--the new bumper looks better than the original--and all the paint matches perfectly. Even my specialty emblems were replaced exactly as I wanted. They also guarantee their work. I love my car & highly recommend Douglas.

First and foremost, this shop does excellent work. Secondly, they are very accommodating and nice people. The reason I went to Douglas Auto Body in the first place was because Ive read all the positive reviews. Suffice to say, the reviews were spot-on. I would gladly do business with them again.
