horrible. the first time, when it was still called collision centers of america, they left a bunch of parts loose and hanging on my nissan. i ended up fixing it myself before trading the car in since i caught it last minute, but as a customer, i shouldnt have to be fixing any of their mistakes. the second time i went, it was under the name abra, so i thought there would be new techs and managent. i thought it was a completely different shop. nope, same techs and management. so i told them about the last eperience and they said they would make sure everything is perfect this time so i ended up leaving another car with them. i get the car back, and had to bring it back the next day because they didnt line the fenders up correctly. then not to long after i brought the car back again because the crash beam behind the bumper was pressed into the bumper and sticking out. and now the paint on the bumper is cracking. this time instead of honoring their "lifetime warranty" they refused to fix it and started pointing fingers saying thats not theyre problem along with "oh you hit something or something hit you while it was parked." well guess what the car is never parked on the street. so save yourself some time and find another shop. the hassle is not worth it and they do some half assed work...

1200.00 bucks to do a quarter panel replacement and paint. Paint not even guaranteed to match. Was estimated a weeks worth of work. I replaced my entire side of my car with original parts in 2 days and spent 200.00. This place is a RIPOFF.

Very helpful people. Prices a few bucks either way from anybody else around, but if you prefer to be talked to and treated like you know exactly whats going on then this is the place to get your car done.
