called him on Thursday august 18th, set appt for Friday august 19th at 9am. got a call from him at 9:22am and said "i almost forgot about our appointment, can i come over now"? told him no but we could reset it for 3pm . we both agreed. called him at 12:11pm to let him know i was running way late. left a VM but didnt hear back from him. called him at 2:11pm to make sure he had gotten the message and wouldnt waste his time to show up. didnt hear back, he said he never got my VM. we reset it for 9:30am on Saturday the 20th. he never showed or called. dont bother!

Does not complete all that is asked. Not able to pull permit as required. Was asked to do so, but never did. Does not answer phone calls after asked to provide proof of permit submission. Another electrician looking to do work without the right documentation that will put you or your company at risk. Beware of Dorion Adams.
