Absolutely wonderful experience from the first call, professional craftsman that go the extra mile. James Page who was our Electrical ServiceTechnician diagnosed our electrical problem and set a plan in place to repair our issue. James did a complete check (inspection) of our house and external outlets. James keen eye spotted a A/C duct problem during his visit. He was also very careful not to track dirt and grass into our home. James had a neat and orderly appearance. Hiller as an organization called before each visit and all were on time. Complete breath of fresh air. If more businesses would look at Hillers business model they would exceed any customers expectations. Clint F. and Dustin C were the onsite plumbers both men inspected my home for leaks assisted with diagnostics on my electrical problem. A complete water pressure evaluation was performed. Both men were in uniform and very neat in appearance. Both had Hiller Company identity badges. Johnny K. (Project Manager) set everything in motion. One on one sit down of work to be completed, scheduling and pricing. He was also in uniform, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. Thank you!

Brandon came to our house to replace a kitchen faucet and fix a running toilet. The faucet is installed, working well and we love it. The toilet could not be fixed because a common part is not part of the inventory on the truck. It would have to be ordered. The office manager, Brad, called us to explain why the part was not part of their inventory and made sure it was ordered. The next day we received a call telling us the part was in and the technician would be there in 20 minutes. Brandon once again did a super job on installation. Brandon was very nice and qualified. He explained the changes to the comfort club to us. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. Brad was quick to take care of the problem with the needed part and followed up with another call once all the work was completed. We are very pleased with how everything was handled. Al and Carolyn

I have a fairly difficult area to cover with air conditioning. Hiller was very professional and came up with a very pleasing solution. The process took a while but Im very happy that the company was willing to work with me in such a polite manner to find the best option. I firmly believe that this company wants satisfied customers and they have made one out of me! James Tidwell and his partner Dennis were so very helpful and achieving the best results in my home and preformed very high quality work on the installation as well as other technicians Hiller sent to my home. Brad Brown at the Dickson office was also very considerate throughout the process and displayed a very kind attitude while finding the best unit for my home. I would highly recommend Hiller and will certainly be considering them for additional HVAC needs in the future.

We are new to the area and to the state. When we moved here we saw all the trucks with the smiley faces, heard the commercials and were given positive reviews by neighbors and friends so we signed up for their year service. We have not been disappointed! We have now had all four service area checks and every technician is polite, respectful, and friendly. Kevin Hooper, the heating/cooling tech is fabulous and has done superior work in my home. The electrician ( I forgot his name - sorry) made good suggestions and did fantastic work. The plumbing tech, Daniel Adkins and his assistant were just here this morning and were very informative and helpful. I cannot say enough good things to recommend Hiller and its staff! We will continue to work with them and sign up for services again next year.

I recently became a Hiller Club member, Michael L came for my first check up on my heat pump, He was on time, very polite & professional ,He did a very complete job of checking my unit, actually replaced a small wire that was heat damaged with out additional charge, He was not a pushy salesman but was informative of all the other services that Hiller provides, I am a Happy Hiller Club member, I look forward to his return in the fall for my second check up, The best part of all, I have piece of mind knowing my unit is functioning properly & that if I need service I can call them 24/7 & get help, That is very important to me, Thanks Hiller, James Story

They finished the job in a day. They were polite and professional, explaining what they were doing. Following completion of the job they cleaned up and put everything back where they found it.
