I was living in Tuscaloosa at the time the tornado hit, in which it did damage to our house and the surrounding cedar crest area. I used this company on a whim and thought they would do a quality job. Well they came by inspected our water heater and told us there was air in the line which was making our pilot light go out (which we already knew). They left and charged us $135 and did ZERO work. If youre smart, make sure you dont use them as they one of the most unethical companies in their business practices as they were basically trying to profit off a natural disaster and the misfortune of others

We have had the worst experience with this company. We will never use Premier again. They will send two men out and you get charged a service charge for both of them. They changed one cracked metal pipe with pvc pipe. OUR BILL WAS $400!!!! When we called about it, they said that was their contract. Please save yourself some money!! Always call Hicks Plumbing for all you plumbing needs. They are the only one we will ever use.

Excellent company in all aspects! Im rating as a customer and an employee. I had just started with Premier, when my air at home decided to quit. I got great service and had my air fixed by the next day and its continued to work ever since! They are also a wonderful company to work for, with a friendly environment. I highly suggest them for all your Heating & Air, Electrical, Plumbing, & Security needs!

We Love Premier Service Company here at Moore Eye Clinic! Chance did a great job of arriving quickly when we had a broken faucet. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the office order the uncommon parts we needed ASAP. When he came back to put on the parts soon after, he was quick and professional. We havent had any problems since. Thank you so much for always fixing us up, Premier!

All of the 5 star reviews are probably either friends or people who work there. Just fyi, its $69 bucks for a service call and they dont seem to want to volunteer any estimates over the phone. They are likely competent at what they do, it just seems a bit on the expensive side to even get in the door.

Woke up to a non working furnace. Not good. Thanks to great service it is running and nothing wrong with furnace. I had blocked the air vent do it got hot!! Irony is I just cleared a ton of clutter from attic and closets. Thanks Tyler for coming to my rescue!! Premier Service rocks!!

This is a disreputable company. The positive reviews here are likely salted from friends and family. They have incompetent technicians and overcharge. They also will lie to your face—especially Dan Herren. Spread the word that this company is corrupt and please stay away.

Do yourself a favor and find another service company. Premier is unethical, overcharges, and misdiagnoses issues. After misdiagnosis, they will proceed to charge you for other "fixes", even if they dont fully satisfy the inital problem.

Worked along side them at a few job sites and cant say professionalism is the word that first comes to mind when I hear that name. They have a pretty good reputation for sloppy and inexperienced workers.

Outstanding company for many needs.They do it all. Electrical, alarms, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. They even have the best sheet metal shop in the area. A VERY talented crew.

$69 service charge is fair, you must understand that a company cannot give you an accurate estimate over the phone, it would not be fair to you as a customer or to the company.
